First, time and place
December 14th-15th, Northwestern Polytechnical University's handover activity center.

Fourth, participating units
1. Class A: 12 teams. If there is any inability to participate, the organizing committee will coordinate the processing. List of first-class teams; Baoji Pude,
Bridge Team, Bridge Friends Team, Chinese Academy of Sciences Xi'an Branch Bridge Team, Xigong University, Chinese Academy of Sciences Xi'an Branch, Bridge Friends Second Team,
Shaanxi Electric Design Institute, Provincial Women's Team, Hang Siyuan, Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group, Electric Construction Senior, Xi'an Industrial and Commercial Bank.
2. The B-level group is free to register for the competition. (Anyone who participates in the first-level team competition cannot participate in the second-level team competition)
V. Competition method
The first-class team adopts a single-cycle system with 12 decks per round. The last three were downgraded.
The second team took the points circulation system and the top three were promoted.
6. Penalties and arbitration
The competition was handled by the China Bridge Competition Regulations and the Judgment Law approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
