    In 2006, the 13th county-level bridge competition in Zhejiang Province was held in Cixi City, Ningbo on July 7-9, and was commissioned by Cixi Bridge Association. The association has hosted many national and provincial competitions and accumulated rich experience in running games. It is hoped that under the leadership of the Municipal Sports Bureau and the municipal body, the Cixi Bridge Association will actively rely on the support of all sectors of society to make the competition even better.


 The county-level bridge competition in Zhejiang Province has become a traditional event in our province. It is very popular among county-level bridge enthusiasts. It plays a positive role in mutual communication and promotion, and promotes the development of county-level bridge activities. I hope that all units will actively participate in the competition.

Regulations for the 13th County (District) Level Bridge Competition in Zhejiang Province


   I. Time and place: July 7-9, 2006, held in Cixi, Ningbo.


    2. Organizer: Zhejiang Bridge Association


    3. Undertaker: Entrusted by Ningbo Bridge Association and Cixi Bridge Association.


    Fourth, the competition project: open team competition.


    V. Participation methods:


     1. Take the county (county-level city, district) as the participating unit, and each county (city, district) can report a team. The organizer (district team) can increase the number of teams.


     2. Each team is limited to one team leader and six athletes. The players must be the county (city, district) personnel, and must not participate in the county (city, district) and other provinces. If you violate the regulations, you will be disqualified.


     3. Any athlete who wants to participate in the 2006 Provincial A and B Class Bridge Championships shall not participate in the competition of the county team.


     4. The province will limit the number of 24 teams. When the team is in the team, the team will be determined by the order of the postmarks.


    Sixth, the game method:


     1. In the two stages of pre-presence and finals, the pre-match will be divided into three groups for single-cycle. The first two teams will participate in the finals, and the finals will be single-cycle to determine 1-6.


     2. Teams that have not reached the finals can participate in the Swiss competition.


     3. Each deck will play 16 decks in the pre- and final rounds.


     4. It is forbidden to use weak calling, psychological calling, etc.


     5, each pair of players must bring the agreement card to play, no agreement card can not be played (please fill it out first).


     6. Execute the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999.


    7. Admissions and awards:


 The top six in the open group, the top two in Switzerland, and rewards. The team with the first place in the finals was promoted to the second division of Zhejiang Province and participated in the provincial second-level bridge championship in the second half of 2006.

    IX. Funding: The registration fee for each team is 300 yuan, and the daily accommodation fee is 140 yuan per person (three days). The shortfall is subsidized by the organizer.
