The competition was held at the Bridge Activity Center of Gansu Province at 9:00 on July 30. There were 16 pairs of players participating in the competition. After 8 rounds of 24 decks of competition, the rankings were decided:
1st place Wang Fang Zhang Zairen 242 points 72.02%
2nd place Zhang Fengqi Zhang Xiaoqing 198 points 58.93%
Third place Zhu Xiuhong Tao Qing 171 points 50.89%
