Fourth, the competition group and project:
(1) Adult group: open team competition, open doubles; women's team competition, women's doubles.
(2) High school group (born September 1, 1988 - August 31, 1991): Open team competition, women's team competition.
(3) Junior high school group (born September 1, 1991 - August 31, 1995): Open team competition, women's team competition.
V. Participation methods:
(1) Execution in accordance with the provisions of the General Rules and Regulations of the Games of the Games.
(2) Each team of each team can report 1 team. Each team can report 1 team leader and 6 coaches. The team can report 2 pairs in each group.
(3) Athletes shall be registered in accordance with the Measures for the Registration of Qualifications of Athletes in Shanghai Sports Competition and the Regulations.
(4) Each team in the adult group shall pay an entry fee of 400 yuan, and each entry fee for the doubles shall be 100 yuan; for each student team, an entry fee of 200 yuan shall be paid.
(V) Registration method: The registration form will be submitted in two copies to the competition department of the Organizing Committee of the Municipal Games within the prescribed time limit.
Sixth, the competition method:
(1) The adult group open team competition, the first stage group cycle, each group 7-8 teams, each round 16 decks, take the top four to enter the final (elimination); the second stage competition according to the first stage Draw a serpentine arrangement; play 48 decks in the final (elimination) and 24/32 decks in the play-offs.
(2) Adult group women's team competition, the first stage single cycle, each deck of 16 decks, the top eight to enter the final (elimination); the first team has the right to choose opponents in the 5-8th team The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th teams select opponents in turn, the finals (eliminations) play 48 decks, and the additional tournaments play 24/32 decks.
(3) Adult group doubles, using a combination of the Mitchell and Howell shift methods.
(4) Student team competitions, each group adopts a double-cycle competition method, 12/24 decks per round. The team number of the second cycle is ranked according to the ranking of the first cycle, and the host and guest teams exchange.
(5) The first stage of the adult team competition is dominated by field and VP is supplemented; 0-2I.MP, field is divided into 1:1; 3-7I.MP, field is divided into 1.5:0.5; 8I.MP Above, the field is divided into 2:0. If V.P is equal, the I.M.P is compared to the score-loss ratio, and the highest rank is listed. The opponents are brought to the finals (the knockouts). (6) Adopting the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and the "China Bridge Association Duplicate Bridge Competition Competition Law" approved in 1991.
(7) The competition group and the referee shall preside over the grouping, drawing and arrangement.
(8) Each pair of players must fill in the bidding agreement card, and those who do not have the agreement card are not allowed to participate in the competition.
(9) Athletes must wear an athlete's card (entry permit) to participate in the competition.
7. Admission, scoring, counting and rewarding methods:
(1) Execution in accordance with the provisions of the General Rules and Regulations of the Games of the Games.

9. Referees and Arbitration Commission:
