2019 China Bridge Class A Club League Competition Regulations


First, the date and place of the competition


(1) Substation competition


1. The first stop: March 6-10, 2019, held in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province.


2. The second stop: July 5-11, 2019, held in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province.


(2) Finals


Held in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province from December 12 to 19, 2019.

Bridge A Class Club officially registered in China Bridge Association in 2019.


V. Participation method


(1) All participating athletes must be registered athletes of the China Bridge Association in 2019 and are non-arrived members of the China Bridge Association. The qualifications of participating athletes are subject to the Class A club registered in 2019.


(2) At least 4 full-time players in the club registered with the China Bridge Association must be guaranteed among the athletes of each team.


(3) Among the participating sports teams, no more than 2 foreign athletes (excluding athletes from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).


(4) Sub-station competition: Each club will send one team to participate. For each race, each team can report to the team, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes.


(5) Finals: The first six teams in the total score of the sub-station will each participate in one team. Each team can report to the team, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes.


(6) The expenses of each team are self-care.


Sixth, the competition method


(1) Substation competition


1. First stop: single round robin. 3 games per day, 16 decks per game, ranked by VP points.


2. Second stop: two stages


The first stage: single round robin. 3 games per day, 16 decks per game, ranked by VP points. After the two stations accumulated VP points, the top six entered the finals, and 13-16 participated in the play-offs.


Second stage: play-offs


(1) Round 1 Elimination


In the knockout 1-1:13, 14 players played 48 games, divided into 3 sections, 16 decks per section, determined by the IMP. The winning team retains the qualification of the Class A club and the negative team enters the knockout 2-1.


Elimination 1-2:15, 16 for 48 games, divided into 3 sections, 16 decks per section, decided by IMP. The winning team entered the knockout 2-1 and the negative team suspended the qualification of the Class A club.


(2) Round 2 Elimination


Elimination 2-1: The negative team of the elimination 1-1 and the winning team of the elimination 1-2 will carry out 48 competitions. The winning team will retain the qualification of the Class A club and the negative team will suspend the qualification of the Class A club.


(2) Finals: two stages


1. The first stage: the knockout


(1) Round 1 Elimination


Elimination 1-1: 3-6 in the sub-station, 48 decks, divided into 3 sections, 16 decks per section, determined by the IMP. The 3rd team has the right to choose opponents in the 5th and 6th teams. The winning team entered the second stage and the negative team entered 5 or 6 matches.


(2) 5 or 6 matches


Conduct 48 decks of cards, divided into 3 sections, 16 decks per section, and decide the outcome by IMP.


The second stage: double defeat knockout


There are 96 pairs in each competition in the winning zone, divided into 6 sections, 16 deputies per section; 64 deputies per game in the losing zone, divided into 4 sections, 16 deputies per section, determined by the IMP.


1. Round 1 Elimination: The team with the 1st place in the race has the right to choose the opponent in the last 2 teams. The winning team entered the second round of the elimination of the winning zone, and the negative team entered the second round of the elimination zone.


2. The second round of the knockout match: the winning zone wins the team into the finals, and the negative team enters the third round of the knockout defeat zone. The defeated team won the third round of the knockout zone and the fourth place in the negative queue.


3. The third round of the knockout match: the winning team entered the finals, the third place in the negative queue total score.


4. Final: The winning team won the championship and the negative team won the runner-up.


(4) The competition adopts the "China Bridge Competition Rules" promulgated by the China Bridge Association.


(5) All the Chinese system cards of the teams and their accompanying electronic versions must be transmitted to ccba@sport.gov.cn at the time of registration.


(6) Each pair of players with the Chinese system card and its attached sheet 2 are brought to the table during the competition.


Seven, admission rankings and rewards


(1) The total score is taken as the top 6.


(2) Each station takes the top 3 in each stop.


(3) Master points


First place


The sub-station will be awarded a score of 30% according to the finals master. The finals were awarded to the Masters of China Bridge Association according to the "China Bridge Association Member Technical Level Standard".


2. Winning points


In the round-robin stage of the race, you will get 2 master points for each win and 1 master score for 1 game.


(4) Winning Award


In the round-robin stage, the winning team won 1,000 yuan, and the two sides won 500 yuan each.


Eight, the generation of league places


(1) Produce two places through the Class A Club League Qualifying Tournament and qualify for the 2020 National Bridge Class A Club League. The two teams must retain more than 4 appearances in the Qualifying Tournament in 2020. Athletes as club full-time players.


(2) The team participating in the qualifiers includes


Two teams suspended in the 1.2019 Class A club league. Athletes of the participating teams can be replaced, and the replacement athletes must not be athletes who have participated in the 2019 National Bridge Class A Club League.


2.2219 National Bridge Club Championship Men's Class A Relegation Team and Men's B Class Upgrade Team. No athletes in the above teams may participate in the National Bridge Class A Club League in 2019, and must retain no less than 4 athletes with an appearance rate of more than 50%.


Nine, the sub-station matchmaking participation method


The competition will be held at the same time in the sub-station competition. The participating units and qualifications are as follows:


(1) Participating units


1. Participate in the club of the current year, each team can send 1 team;


2. The organizer 1 team;


3. The title of the competition sponsored the company 1 team;


4. China Bridge Association assigns 1 team.


(2) Eligibility


Each category A club must participate in a networking tournament and must meet at least one of the following three conditions:


1. Club sponsors participate in the competition, and the playing rate needs to reach 1/3;


2. There are 2 pairs of athletes registered in the club, and each person's appearance rate needs to reach 1/3;


3. There are 2 pairs of athletes under the age of 35, and each person's appearance rate needs to reach 1/3.


 If one of the above conditions is not met, the club will be disqualified from the next club.


X. Registration and registration


(1) Registration


1. All units must submit the registration form to the China Bridge Association and the competition area 20 days before the start of each competition.


2. Registration fee: 5,000 yuan / team / station. The registration fee is collected by the organizer and used to subsidize the lack of funds for the event.


3. Change list


(1) Within 10 days after the registration deadline, each team may submit a list of changes (including adding, reducing, changing athletes, correcting registration errors, etc.) to the China Bridge Association in writing.


(2) If the list is changed after the registration deadline of 10 days, the application form for the change list must be completed and submitted to the competition team before the start of the first match. The fee for each change is 100 yuan.


(2) The referee reported two days before the match. The team reported 1 day before the match.


XI. The selection method for the referee and the arbitration committee is separately set.


Twelve, other


(1) The team must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way to and from the competition) and present it at the time of registration, otherwise they may not participate in the competition.


(2) The team leader will be held at 20:30 one day before the competition. Each team must be attended by a team leader or coach.
