2019 China Bridge Communication Series Competition Regulations


First, the game time


(1) Month


The 2019 National Bridge Communication Series (hereinafter referred to as the communication competition) will be held every month from March to December, with a total of 10 sessions, the dates of each session are: March 24, April 21, May 19 On June 23, July 21, August 18, September 22, October 20, November 17, and December 22, the start time of each game is from 13:30 to 14:00.


(2) Final


From October to December, the specific time and place of the competition will be announced separately.


Second, the competition project


Open group doubles, youth group doubles.


Third, the participation method


Open Group Doubles: All Chinese Bridge Association individual members and bridge enthusiasts can sign up;


Youth Group Doubles: Only members of the China Bridge Association under the age of 25 and bridge enthusiasts.


Fourth, the game method


(1) All the venues are double-champion doubles (Mitchell rotation method).


(2) There are 36 decks in each match, and each pair of players must finish 24 of them.


(3) Taking the national unified score, calculating the total score by converting the score of each deck into a percentage score.


(4) In addition to the national unified ranking, the provinces, districts, cities and competitions are ranked separately, and the youth group competitions are ranked separately.


Fifth, the organization of the game


(1) The China Bridge Association is responsible for the organization of the finals and the overall planning, guidance and supervision of the year-round events.


(2) The bridge associations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for coordinating the venue arrangement, event organization, stadium supervision, promotion and summary of the monthly competitions in the region, and shall be responsible for the reporting, management and supervision of the units in the region.


(3) The bridge organizations and enthusiasts in each region may submit the application for the competition to the local provincial bridge association. The units that complete the registration of the member units in 2019 can directly use the bridge network subnet account to independently run the competition.


(4) The provincial bridge associations may establish the main and sub-fields of the region according to the regional conditions.


(5) The youth group may be organized by the associations themselves, or may be applied to the provincial bridge association by other units such as schools.


6. The issuance of contest materials and the submission of results


(1) The members of all units of China Bridge Association have completed the registration in 2019, and each time the registration of the communication is completed, they will automatically obtain the monthly information of the monthly newsletter. All units can log in to the China Bridge Network member subnet account from the background 10 days before the competition to register and extract the game materials and the event scoring tools. Within 3 days of the end of the game, submit the results directly through the background.


(2) Other units and enthusiasts may apply to the provincial and municipal bridge associations for competitions 15 days before the competition, obtain the temporary event administrator account, extract the competition materials and the event scoring tools, and pass the temporary matches within 3 days after the end of the competition. The administrator account submits the results of the competition.


(3) Without the use of electronic card type and scoring tools, the issuance of the event materials and the submission of results shall be organized and guided by the provincial and municipal bridge associations. The results shall be uploaded no later than 5 days after the end of the competition. Grades are not calculated.


(4) All provinces, autonomous regions and municipal bridge associations may charge a certain amount of competition fees for the non-autonomous completion of the acquisition of the event data and the report of the results according to the cost of the event, but they must give certain discounts to the members of the China Bridge Association.


Seven, competition registration and inquiry


Individual members and enthusiasts of the China Bridge Association can log in to the China Bridge Network Competition event on the 10th day before the start of the monthly competition to inquire about the region or the nearest stadium, and sign up for the national communication competition every month.


Eight, performance revision and announcement


Within 6 days after the end of each month, if the entry result is found to be incorrectly entered, the Chinese Bridge Association may submit a request for modification in writing, but the name, membership number, and card number of the competitor shall not be modified. It is necessary for each line to submit the data of this line with careful checking of the entry list and the result of the card.


The results of the monthly competition were officially announced on the China Bridge Network on the 8th day after the competition. The total annual results were officially announced on the 15th day after the end of the year. After the results of the monthly competition are officially announced, the game data will not be modified.


Nine, reward


(1) The scores of more than 70% of the national scores in each game are invalid and are not included in statistics and rewards.


(2) Monthly awards


The two pairs of players in the first place in each direction will receive the group championship certificate. The certificate will be printed directly to the backstage administrator account 3 days after the end of the game.


(3) Monthly competitions in various provinces and cities


The top 10 players in the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in the north-south direction and the east-west direction obtained the monthly competition certificate. The three players in the north-south direction and the east-west direction of the youth competition line will receive the monthly competition certificate. Only one pair of players in each direction can enter the ranking. The certificate will be printed directly to the back-end administrator account of the match 7 days after the end of the game or by the provincial and municipal bridges.


(4) National Competition for the Month


In each of the monthly competitions, the top 20 national players in the north-south direction and the east-west direction won the monthly competition certificate. The national rankings of the youth competition line were awarded the monthly competition certificate for the top 10 players in the north-south direction and the east-west direction. Only one pair of players in each direction can enter the ranking. The certificate is printed and produced by the China Bridge Association and will be sent to each line from the 15th after the end of the month.


(5) Total score reward


This award is established for individual members of the China Bridge Association participating in the competition.


1. According to the individual scores of the contestants in 10 games, the top 40 individuals will receive the annual total ranking certificate, and the top 20 individuals in the youth competition line will receive the annual total ranking certificate, which will be printed and sent by the China Bridge Association. .


2. Take the sum of the gold scores of the N-2 matches with the lowest gold scores in all the games (N games) in the first two months of the final month of the month, and the total gold scores from low to high. In order of sequence, the number of entries that did not reach N-2 was not included in the total gold score. When the total amount of gold is the same, the number of positive points (higher than the gold point of the month) is more than before. Individuals and regular partners in the national total ranking and youth group rankings will be eligible to participate in the 2019 annual competition finals individual and doubles (the final entry method will be announced separately). The results of the 2019 finals are not included in the 2020 final qualifier.


3. month gold point and month gold points


After the public group month gold point is to remove the highest score of the first two percent of the effective scores of the month, the average of the remaining five percent of the entries is taken. The youth group's monthly gold point is the average of the top 5% of the effective scores in the current month. Month gold is divided into the absolute value of the monthly score and the monthly gold point difference.


(6) Member rewards


Individual members of the China Bridge Association participated in the monthly competitions and finals, and were awarded the Masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "China Bridge Association Member Technical Level Standards".


(7) The top 3 winners of the annual finals were awarded the Bridge Medal by the China Bridge Association.
