First, time and place

    Open team competition, women's team competition


Third, the participating units
    In Jilin Province, Liaoning Province and Heilongjiang Province, each team reported 6 teams to participate in the open group competition. There is no limit to the number of places in the women's team.


Fourth, athlete qualifications
    The participating players in each province must be members of the province and may not borrow foreign aid.


V. Participation method
    Each team can report to the team (or coach) 1 and 6 players.


Sixth, the competition method
    1. Open group competition, using a single-cycle system, the provincial team does not meet against each other, a total of 12 rounds, playing 16 decks per round. Ranked by VP cumulative ranking.
    2. The registration of the women's team is subject to change.
    3. Adopt the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999.
    4. The lottery is presided over by the competition team and the referee.
    5. Each pair of players will be in triplicate with the agreed card, one will be submitted to the competition team for record at the time of registration, and the other two will be brought to the table at the time of the competition.


7. Admissions and awards
    1. The top four members of the open group will be rewarded.
          First place: 4000 yuan Second place: 3000 yuan
          Third place: 2000 yuan Fourth place: 1000 yuan
    2. The total prize money of the women's team is 2,000 yuan, and the rewards are determined according to the participating teams.


Eight, registration and registration

    2. Registration fee: 500 yuan for each team in the open group and 300 yuan for each team in the women's team. Pay at the time of registration.

9. The referee is selected by the organizer.
