1. Date and place of the competition:
From November 16th to 17th, 2006, it was held at the “Jiangcheng Hotel” in Hankou, Wuhan, Hubei Province (left side of the north building of Hankou Railway Station).
2. Organizer: Hubei Bridge Association
Co-organizer: Shenzhen Lanpu Technology Co., Ltd.
4. Competitions and rewards:
(1) Conducting a public doubles match.
(2) Set a total prize of RMB 30,000. Take the top 6 rewards, including:
1st place RMB 12,000 yuan
2nd place RMB 7,000 yuan
3rd place RMB 5,000 yuan
4th place RMB 3,000 yuan
5th place RMB 2,000 yuan
6th place RMB 1000 yuan
V. Participation methods:
(1) All those who love bridges can participate.
(2) Registration fee: RMB 100 per pair.
(3) Room and board: RMB 140 per person per day.
(4) Each pair of participating fees shall be responsible for their own expenses.
(5) Registration and registration:
1. The deadline for registration is 22:00 on the evening of November 15, 2006. The on-site registration location is located in the hotel lobby. Please contact the Hubei Bridge Association in advance. Contact: Sun Lei.

2. Participants must report to the competition area and confirm the competition before the registration deadline.
(6) The competition area is not responsible for picking up the station or sending the station.
Six. Competition methods:
(1) Execute the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and the "Chinese Bridge Association Duplex Bridge Judging Law (Trial)" promulgated in 2006.
(2) The competition is divided into two stages: preliminaries and finals, and is broadcast live on BBO.
1. Preliminaries: Using the grouped Mitchell rotation method, the competition is 2 sessions. According to the number of entries, the referee decides the number of groups, the number of rounds per game, the number of cards to be played and the method of transposition, and draws the lottery.
2. Finals: The Howell rotation method is divided into 4 groups (5 tables each). The competition is 2 sessions and 27 cards are played in each session.
(1) The number of entries in the final is 40 pairs, including: the top 32 in the preliminaries; for the 2006 National Large Enterprise Bridge Open Team Championship, the Asian Army reserves 6 pairs (must be the contestant) ; Reserve 2 pairs for the co-organizers.
(2) Before the start of the first quarter of the competition, if the contested person is abstained from the competition, the competition will be replaced by the preliminaries.
(3) Arrangement:
1 In the first quarter, the top 32 of the preliminaries were arranged in a serpentine form; the 8 pairs reserved were drawn by the referee into each group.
1 In the second quarter, the snakes are arranged according to the results of the first quarter.
(3) Match cards: use computer cards. The preliminaries are copied by the players according to the card type, and the card type is copied; in the final stage, the referee prefabricates the game cards, and the gamer is responsible for copying the card type.
(4) It is forbidden to use the HUM system, brown appointments and psychological bidding.
(5) Competition time:
1. The start time of each match is: 13:30 pm, 18:30 pm
2. The time of the game is calculated by 8.5 minutes per deck.
(6) The contestant must carefully fill out the scorecard and verify the signature as required. After the end of each game, a contract and a checklist of results will be issued immediately. If the player finds that the score is wrong, he/she must submit it to the referee within 10 minutes after the checklist is issued.
Determination of the same ranking:
If the scores are the same, compare them in the following order:
(1) Comparing the highest scores obtained by the players in their respective best games at this stage, the highest ranked first;
(2) Comparing the scores of this stage obtained in the other section of the competition at this stage, the highest ranked first;
(3) Comparing the number of MPs obtained in the competition against the pair of players who have the best scores in this competition at this stage, and the number of the MPs in the competition;
(4) Comparing the number of MPs obtained in the competition against a pair of players who ranked in the second place in this competition with the common confrontation at this stage, and the number of MPs in the competition is higher; the comparison can be similarly continued;
(5) If they are still the same, the lottery is decided.
8. The points not mentioned in these regulations are implemented in accordance with the Supplementary Provisions of the 2006 National Large Enterprise Bridge Competition.
IX. The Arbitration Committee and the members of the referee team who hired the 2006 National Large Enterprise Bridge Competition will undertake the arbitration and refereeing work of this competition.
