Second, the time and place of the competition: April 23 to 26, 2019, held at Shenzhen Yijia International Hotel.

Third, the competition project: team competition


4. Participating units: Some provinces and cities in China and Hong Kong and Macao.


V. Entry methods:


1. The current competition is limited to 60 teams, and the member units are preferred.


2. Each team can report 6 athletes (including leader, coach);


3. Can be mixed with men and women, male athletes are 60-80 years old, female athletes are 55-80 years old;


(The teams can allow a male 55 years old and a female 50 year old athlete to participate)


4. Athletes must be in good health and need to purchase insurance. Each team needs to present the short-term processing in each place.


The insurance certificate can be reported, and the team is responsible for the temporary illness.


Sixth, the competition method


Team style: two stages.


The first stage: all teams play 9 rounds of Swiss competition, playing 10 decks per round, using 20:0 VP table,


       According to the cumulative VP ranking.


second stage:


The top eight entered the three-round single defeat knockout, and decided to be 1 to 8. (12 decks per round)


The first round of the elimination round: the first stage of the first to third places have the right to select opponents in the 5th to 8th;


The second round of the knockout: 1.4 preliminaries in the first half. The 2.3th place is in the lower zone. Winning team fights 1 to 4,


                       The negative team is vying for 5-8.


The third round of the knockout: the winner of the 2nd match, the runner-up, the 3.4 of the negative team, the winner of the 5-8


                       5.6, the negative team decided to 7.8.


Teams that have not entered the knockout round will continue to play three rounds of Swiss shifts, playing 10 decks per round, two stages


A total of 12 rounds of VP cumulative ranking.


Seven, admission rankings and rewards


1. Teams in the finals of the team will be awarded the top eight.


2. The team that did not enter the finals is divided into two groups according to the number of teams, A and B.


   The top eight are awarded and the top six are awarded in Group B. In the top four of the finals, the trophies and medals were awarded.

Nine, funding


1. Each team's transportation expenses and room and board expenses are self-care.


2. Registration fee: 500 yuan per team. The deposit is 500 yuan,

4. This competition is a four-star hotel in downtown Shenzhen. Three days of competition, each person pays daily


   The room and board fee is 340 yuan, and the shortfall is subsidized by the General Assembly. On the 23rd, the teams will take care of themselves.


  Each team is required to pay three days of room and board and no refunds (charges apply from late 23rd to 14:00 on the 26th).

5. Not in the conference accommodation at the conference, 170 yuan per person per day (including breakfast), only Chinese food or late


   Meals are 70 yuan per meal per person. Only accommodation is not 200 yuan per person per day.
