I. Time and place: December 8-10, 2006, held at the New World Hotel in Haining.

Third, the competition project: open team competition
Fourth, the participation method:
1. All members of each group can sign up for the event, and 28 teams are limited to receive the list of newspapers and intercept them.
2, each team can report to the team (or coach) 1 person, the team members 4-6.
3. All participating athletes must be local staff and be individual members of China Bridge Association.
V. Competition methods:
(1) Qualifying: adopting the Swiss shift method, which is more than 6 rounds, 12 decks per round, and ranks by field + VP. The top 8 entered the knockout and the other teams entered the next stage of the Swiss competition. (The host retains the 8th position)
(2) Elimination: According to the ranking of the qualifying, the top 4 defeated and eliminated, and the 5:8 list was eliminated. The competition has a total of 20 rounds per round. The third round of the losing zone was a three-team round robin, with 10 decks between the two teams, ranking the points with +VP and the eliminated team returned to Switzerland.
(3) Finals and 3 or 4 play-offs: the finals of the championship and the runner-up, 24 decks of 3 and 4 play-offs, and the upper and lower half.
(4) Swiss Tour: A total of 4 rounds of 12 decks per round, ranking by field + VP, the total score of qualifying and 50% of the total VP will be brought into the Swiss competition. The negative team of the knockout entered the Swiss competition with 2 points and 18 VP.
Sixth, the game program:
(1) Match cards: The game is licensed by computer and the computer is scored.
(2) After each round of the game, each team must check the results of the match in time after receiving the score sheet. If there is any doubt, please immediately confirm the team and confirm the change to the scoreboard within 5 minutes.
(3) Competition time limit: 12 pairs (90 minutes), 16 pairs (120 minutes), 20 pairs (160 minutes), 24 pairs (190 minutes)
7. The method for determining the ranking when the points are the same:
(1) Swiss Tour: Compare the IMP rate and TP rate of the same team in all competitions in turn, the highest is listed. Still the same lottery decision.
(2) Elimination match; compare the TP of the same team, the highest is listed. Still the same lottery decision.
(3) Finals and 3 or 4 play-offs: Compare the TP of the same team, the top of the high. Still the same plus 1 deck to decide the outcome.
VIII. Appeal: All appeals must be submitted to the referee by the leader of the complaining party before the start of the competition. The appeal fee is RMB 100.
Nine, entry fee: registration fee of 200 yuan / team (of which 50% issued souvenirs) room and board costs 220 yuan / person.
Ten, rewards: (1) Open team competition: first place: 3500 yuan
Second place: 1,500 yuan
Third place: 1000 yuan.
Fourth place: 600 yuan
(2) Swiss competition: First place: 600 yuan
Second place: 400 yuan
Eleventh, schedule: 8th report: 16:00 leader meeting 17:30-18:50 welcome reception, 19:00 three rounds of qualifying.
Three rounds of qualifying after 12:00 on the 9th, second round of the 18:30 knockout and one or two rounds of the Swiss.
At the 9:30 third round of the 10th (10th round), the 12:00 final and the 3rd and 4th play-offs.

Attachment: Supplementary notice:
1. New World Hotel is at Haichang Haichang Road/Xishan Road, and the gate is facing southwest. The train station is 200 meters to the east. The bus station is 15 meters to the east.
2. There are 50 standard rooms and 5 3 person rooms for accommodation. Please indicate when applying for each team.
3. The competition is on the sixth floor lobby; the conference room on the fifth floor of the team meeting (successful announcement room); the restaurant is on the third floor.
