First, the date and place of the competition:
Held in Hangzhou on November 11-12, 2006.
Second, the organizer:
City Express, Hangzhou Bridge Association.
Third, the participating units:
Eight detachments of the bridge associations and the contractors of the Taihu Lake
Fourth, the competition project:
Open team competition.
V. Entry methods:
Each unit can be reported to the team, coaches, athletes a total of six.
Sixth, the competition method:
1. The competition adopts a round robin with a total of 7 rounds; each deck has 16 decks, and the ranking is calculated according to the VP level. The VP is equal to the IMP win rate, the TP score is the first, and then the draw is decided.
2. Athletes are required to participate in an unconventional bidding system such as weak opening and psychological calling.
3. The competition implements the latest "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the State Sports General Administration.

Eight, referee:
The referee is hired by the Hangzhou Bridge Association and the referee is selected by the organizer.
Nine, admission rankings, rewards:
The top 4 players in the team competition will be awarded.
X. Funding:
1. Each participating unit will pay for the travel expenses of the round-trip, and the expenses for each meal will be 1,000 yuan (limited to 6 persons).
2. The referee hired by the conference is responsible for the conference and the medical expenses are self-care.
XI. Matters not covered, unless otherwise notified, the right to interpret this regulation belongs to Hangzhou Bridge Association.
