The third "Three Air Cup" Shaanxi Provincial League was held in the multi-function hall on the fifth floor of the Center for Teaching and Learning Activities of Northwestern Polytechnical University from November 10 to 12, 2006. The competition was hosted by Northwestern Polytechnical University (no registration fee, accommodation and self-care). All teams are requested to report on November 9.
