Women Selection Trials for APBF event – New Delhi – 31st March

With regard to the Ladies Team to participate at the APBF Championships, the selection committee has recommended to conduct an “Open Women Qualifying event” at New Delhi from 31st March – 1st April, 2019.

As per the official announcement made at Pune Camp, Mrs. Vasanti Shah is selected to be part of Women Team for APBF Championships.

Being part of Zone IV, India has been invited to participate at the APBF tournament to be held from 10-20^th June at Singapore as an invitational team. India has duly registered for all categories (Open/Women/Mixed and Seniors).

Any women player registered with BFI and not already selected for BFAME and APBF Championships, 2019 is eligible to participate in this event. The event will be in pairs format. In case of less than 10 entries, the event may be curtailed to 31^st March only.

The registration pages will be open on BFI website from 11^th March and the closing date for entries will be till 17^th March. Format will be announced after the deadline date. Supplemental Conditions of Contest will specify the selection procedure.
