Competition procedure
First, the organizer:

Third, time and place:
Competition time: March 9-10, 2019
Venue: Provincial Women and Children Development Center, 3rd Floor, Meeting Room, 50 Yu Street, Taiyuan City
Fourth, the participation method:
1. Registration time: 24 teams will be closed before February 28th. The name of the team, the name of the team members and the contact number must be reported when registering.

2. Mixed team competition, each team reported 4-6 players. Each team is required to pay a conference fee of 200 yuan. The qualification requirements of the participating players are the bridge players in the province, and they are required to join the competition.
3. Each team will take care of themselves during the competition. All participants are responsible for their health and safety during the competition (including roads). 4. Athletes participate in the competition strictly according to the registration list. If there are violations, they will be punished according to the rules.
V. Competition methods:
1. On the morning of the first round of the March 9th, the team leader draws lots to determine the team number of each team. If the team fails to arrive on time, the referee will replace the lottery.
2. The game uses eight rounds of Swiss points, with twelve decks per round, calculated at 20:0 VP. Ranked by VP cumulative total score. (The last two rounds of results are not announced in advance, the final round of VP is calculated at 80%).
3. The agreement calls for a standard reminder, but it cannot be explained when the other party does not ask. The highly-used (HUM) system is forbidden to use, and the psychological is called forbidden.
4. Time limit for playing: All players must enter the venue 3 minutes before the start time of the competition to prepare for the competition. Time for the game: 90 minutes for every 12 decks. In each round, the winning team will hand the scorecard signed by both parties to the scoreboard on time.
5. Execute the "China Bridge Competition Rules" and the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules Supplementary Regulations (2017)" approved by the China Bridge Association.
6. Admissions and awards:
The top six prizes and the top three prizes are awarded. The competition wins the prize.
Apply for the China Bridge Association Masters for the players according to the "China Bridge Association Member Technical Level Standard".
Seven, the field discipline:
All participating players must compete in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere. In order to ensure that the competition is conducted in a healthy, civilized and fair environment, participants are required to:
1. Speaking of civility and courtesy, the participating players must enter the arena to be neat and tidy.
2. The venue and nearby areas should not be loud, the mobile phone should be turned off in the competition venue, smoking should not be allowed, and the facilities in the venue should be protected.
3. Respect the referee, respect the staff of the tournament, and respect the opponent.
4. All kinds of unfair competition behaviors are strictly prohibited in the competition, and illegal information is not used and transmitted during the bidding and defensive process. Participants are subject to the final penalty of the Competition Arbitration Commission.
5. There is no arbitration committee in this competition. The judgment of the referee is final.
