Chapter I General
The first purpose of the club: strive to create a bridge environment for relaxation and puzzle, let each member get physical and mental health through the bridge activities, and drive more people to join the bridge activities to increase the health content of the humanities and culture of the society. .
Article 2 Club Declaration: Civilized entertainment, sincere exchange, sublimation, and enjoyment of life.

Chapter 2 Member
Article 3 The club implements a membership system. Individuals who love bridge sports voluntarily join.
In accordance with the principle of voluntariness, anyone who works and lives in Changchun loves the bridge movement, can actively participate in club activities, pay membership fees, recognize the contents of this charter and fulfill the membership obligations, and can submit it to the club through membership introduction or through the club website. Apply, fill out the membership form, and become a member after approval by the club.
Article 4, membership conditions:
1. Recognize and abide by the regulations and relevant regulations of the China Bridge Association and the club;
2. Ability to exercise member rights and fulfill member obligations;
3. Pay the dues on time.
Article 5 Club members have the following rights:
1. Have the right to preferentially participate in various competitions, activities and training organized by the club;
2. Have the right to obtain the technical level of the club;
3. Have the right to participate in various bridge competitions on behalf of the club;
4. Have the right to obtain club information, guidance, advice and services;
5. Have the right to criticize, advise and supervise the work of the club.
Article 6 Club members fulfill the following obligations:
1. Comply with the rules and regulations of the competition established by the International Bridge Federation and the China Bridge Association, and abide by the club's articles of association and relevant rules and regulations;
2. Care and support the development of the club bridge business and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the club;
Article 7 Retirement of members: Club members are free to withdraw without violating the club's articles of association and regulations, and having legitimate reasons and not harming the interests of the club.
Article 8 The members who have serious violations of national laws, regulations and systems, those who seriously violate the regulations of the China Bridge Association, the club's articles of association and relevant regulations, and those who fail to pay their dues on time, have the right to cancel their membership.

Chapter IV Business Scope
Article 9: Business scope of the club:
1. Organize and coordinate the development of club bridge activities, improve the bridge technology level of club members, develop club scale and grade in a timely and appropriate manner, and publicize and promote bridge sports;
2. Conduct technical exchanges among members, organize competitions within the clubs in different time periods; actively participate in relevant activities of the city, province, national bridge association and other bridge organizations.

Chapter 5 Club Management
Article 10: The club management settings:
President: A full responsibility for club management, such as development of membership, event planning, contact sponsorship, information release, and logistical support.
One of the Secretary-General: responsible for organizing the training and competition activities of the bridge team, and coordinating with the president to manage and coordinate the club.
Article 11: The activities of the club are mainly based on small-scale free combination activities, and the competitions in the club are organized once a month.
Article 12: The main forms of funds for the activities of the club are membership fees, AA fees for activities, donations and sponsorships by social enthusiasts, and management of clubs.
Article 13: The club has the right to name the team. The name of the club and the logos and logos related to the name of the club may not be used without permission.
Chapter VI Other matters
Article 14: The Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or sudden damages incurred by the Member in any of the events and activities convened, organized or participated by the Club.
Article 15: The articles of association of the club shall come into effect on the date of approval by the Jilin Bridge Association and the China Bridge Association.
