Notice on Holding the 2007 Yichang City Team Selection Competition in Hubei Province

    According to the arrangement of the Hubei Bridge Association, the 2007 Hubei Provincial League will be held in Wuhan from May 18th to 24th. In order to cooperate with the holding of this competition, the Yichang City Bridge Association Secretary-General Conference decided to hold the 2007 Yichang City Team Selection Competition in Hubei Province. The competition plan is now announced as follows, and members and enthusiasts are expected to sign up.
First, the registration method
    1. Take the partner as the basic registration unit;
    2. The registration fee for each pair of players in the activity room is 20 yuan, and the registration fee for each non-member is 50 yuan.
    3. The registration time will be from now until March 30;
    4. You must not change your partner after the registration deadline;

Second, the game mode
    1. After the registration deadline, each pair of contestant room masters will be added to the rankings. The top six will directly enter the finals, and other players will participate in the preliminaries;
    2, the preliminaries carried out three rounds of Howell doubles (IMP score), the total score of the top six into the final;
    3. The 12 pairs of players who entered the finals were given six tables and 11 rounds of Howell Doubles (IMP score) and a theoretical test. Each round of competition is divided into places according to the ranking, the first 12 points, the second 11 points and so on, and the abstention is 0 points;
    4, 12 rounds (including a theoretical test) field points, the top six players form the Yichang City training team;
    5. If a certain round of competition, one of the partners can not participate due to objective reasons, another person can choose a substitute for the player outside the contestant, and the score of the match is scored according to 80% of the actual score. However, the number of substitutes cannot exceed two;
    6. If there is a score with the same score in the total score, compare the IMPs of both parties, and still compare the two masters of the activity room.
Third, the game time

    2, the final time is: April 6 (Friday) 19:00 to 21:00 (theoretical examination)

                       April 7 (Saturday) from 19:30 to 22:30
                       April 8 (Sunday) 08:30 to 12:30
                       Monday, April 8th, from 14:00 to 17:00
                       Friday, April 13th, from 19:00 to 22:00
                       April 14 (Saturday) 08:30 to 12:30
                       April 14 (Saturday) from 14:00 to 18:00
                       April 14 (Saturday) from 19:30 to 22:30
                       Sunday, April 15th, from 08:30 to 12:30
                       Sunday, April 15th, from 14:00 to 17:00
    3. Those who have not arrived ten minutes after the start of the game are deemed to have abstained.
Fourth, the composition of the city team
    1. The first, second and third members of the competition formed the Yichang City Team to participate in the Hubei Provincial League;
    2. If there are players in 1, 2, and 3 who are unable to participate in the Hubei Provincial League, they will be replaced by 4, 5, and 6 first;
    3. If 4 pairs (or 4 pairs or more) of the top 6 players cannot participate, the combination of the individual players who can participate in the top 6 is preferred as a substitute. If there are still less than 3 pairs of players, they will be replaced by the 7th place in the trial.
