First, the date and place of the competition:
May 4th, 2007, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City.
Second, the organizer:
Taizhou Bridge Association.
Third, the organizer:
Taizhou Zhiqiao Association, Taizhou Telecom Company.
Fourth, the competition project:
Open group A and B level lifting team competitions.
V. Participating units:
(1) Open Group A team: Zhejiang Sanyo Team, Jiaojiang Team 2, Wenling City Team, Yuhuan Team 1, Road and Bridge Team, Jiaojiang Team, Linhai City Team, Taizhou Jingfan Team, Xianju Team, Luqiao Juke Second Team, Sanmen Team, Host Team.
(2) Open Group B Team: Jiaojiang Third Team, Zhejiang Second Construction, Taizhou Power Plant Team, Taizhou Qianwei Team, Zhejiang Sanyo Second Team, Linhai Second Team, Wenling Huaming Team, Xianju Second Team, Linhai Team, III The second team, the fourth team of Huangyan and the second team of Yuhuan.
6. Athlete qualifications:
(1) The participating teams shall be composed mainly of Taizhou national players. Each team shall not exceed one player in the Taiwanese state.
(2) All participating athletes must be individual members of the China Bridge Association.
Seven, participation in the method:
(1) Each team can report 1 team (or coach) and 4-6 athletes.
(2) The food of each participating team shall be arranged by the organizer in a unified manner, and the expenses shall be borne by the undertaking unit, and other participating expenses shall be paid by themselves.
Eight, the competition method:
(1) Lifting level places:
1. Class A team: 4 teams to the B team.
2. B-level team: 3 teams to the first team, 4 teams to the C team.
(2) Competition methods for each group:
1. Open group A team: divided into two stages.
The first stage: round robin, 4 games a day, 16 pairs per game, ranked by cumulative VP. The top four in the round robin entered the semi-finals. The 5th and 6th rounds of the round robin were 5th and 6th. The 7th-8th and 9th-11th entered the knockout 1-1 and 1-2 respectively, and the 12th round of the round robin was downgraded.
The second stage: the knockout.
(1) First round knockout:
Semi-final: The top four in the round robin played a semi-final with 32 decks and the game was divided into two quarters. The first place in the round robin has the right to choose opponents in the 3rd and 4th places, and the remaining 2 teams fight. The winner entered the finals and the loser entered the 3 or 4 play-offs.
5-6 matches: 5-6 in the round robin for 32 decks, the game is divided into 2 sessions. The winner is fifth and the loser is sixth.
Knockout 1-1: The 7th and 8th rounds of the round robin will be played in a 32-player elimination tournament with 2 sessions. The winner relegated and the loser entered the knockout 2-1.
Elimination 1-2: The 9th, 10th and 11th rounds of the round robin will be played in a triangle match. There will be 16 decks between the two teams. The ranking will be ranked by field. The same score will be used to determine the ranking. The first place entered the knockout 2-1, and the other two teams were downgraded.
 (2) The second round of the knockout:
Finals: The semi-final winners won 32 sets of finals and the game was divided into 2 sessions. The winner is the first and the loser is the second.
3, 4 play-offs: The semi-final negative team played 32 decks of additional games, the game was divided into 2 sessions. The winner is the third and the loser is the fourth.
Elimination 2-1: The negative team of the elimination 1-1 and the winning team of the elimination 1-2 will play a 32-card elimination tournament with 2 sessions. The winner is relegated and the loser is downgraded.
2. Open group B team: divided into two stages.
The first stage: the round robin, 4 games a day, 16 pairs per game. The first round of the round robin upgrade, the second to third, the fourth to fifth respectively entered the knockout 1-1 and 1-2, the sixth relegation, the seventh to eighth, the ninth to the eleventh respectively entered the knockout 1-3 And 1-4, the 12th round of the round robin was downgraded.
The second stage: the knockout.
(1) First round knockout:
Elimination 1-1: The 2nd and 3rd rounds of the round robin will be played in 32 decks. The game will be divided into 2 sessions. The winner upgraded and the loser entered the knockout 2-1.
Elimination 1-2: The 4th and 5th rounds of the round robin will be played in 32 decks. The game will be divided into 2 sessions. The winner enters the knockout 2-1 and the loser relegates.
Knockout 1-3: The 7th and 8th rounds of the round robin will be played in a 32-card elimination tournament with 2 sessions. The winner relegated and the loser entered the knockout 2-2.
Elimination 1-4: The 9th, 10th and 11th rounds of the round robin will be played in a triangle match. The two teams will play 16 decks in the match, and will be ranked by field. The same score will be used to determine the ranking. The first place entered the knockout 2-1, and the other two teams were downgraded.
(2) The second round of the knockout:
Elimination 2-1: The negative team of the elimination 1-1 and the winning team of the elimination 1-2 will play a 32-card elimination tournament with 2 sessions. The winner is upgraded and the loser is relegated.
Elimination 2-2: The negative team of the knockout 1-3 and the winning team of the knockout 1-4 will play the 32-card elimination tournament with 2 sessions. The winner is relegated and the loser is downgraded.
(3) With points:
In the second stage of the elimination round, the two teams played against 32 decks. The team in the first stage preliminaries ranked 7.5IMP; the two teams played against 16 decks, and the team in the first stage preliminaries ranked 3.5IMP.
    (4) Adopting the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.
(5) The lottery is presided over by the competition team and the referee.
(6) Each pair of players comes with a contract card to play.
9. Admissions and awards:
The first six teams in the first-class team and the top three in the second-class team will be rewarded.
X. Registration and registration:
(1) Registration:
1. All units must report to the Taizhou Bridge Association and the organizer one by one on April 20, 2007, and abstain from voting.
2. Registration fee: 200 yuan / team. The Taizhou Bridge Association entrusts the competition organizing committee to collect when the teams report.

The teams reported to the competition area on the morning of May 4, 2007.
