On April 4th, the 23rd Asia-Pacific Youth Bridge Championship opened in Bangkok, Thailand. A total of 45 teams from 9 countries and regions participated in the competition in 4 groups. There are 15 teams participating in China.

On April 4th, the 23rd Asia-Pacific Youth Bridge Championship opened in Bangkok, Thailand. A total of 45 teams from 9 countries and regions participated in the competition in 4 groups. There are 15 teams participating in China.
The competition consists of four groups: Youth Group, Youth Open Group, Women Group and Children Group. Among them, the children's group is openly registered, and 11 of the 15 teams in China participate in the competition. The teams from the other three groups were selected by the National Youth Championship. In the women's group, there are two teams participating in China, and each of the other two teams has one team.
The Asia Pacific Youth Bridge Championship began in 1989 and initially had only one youth group. The Youth Open Group has been added since 2006, and a female group has been added in 2013. In the past 22 sessions of the Youth Group, the Chinese team won 9 championships; in the 9th competition of the Junior Open Group, the Chinese team won 4 championships, and in the 4th competition of the women's team, the Chinese team won 3 championships.
The competition will be closed on April 11.
