I. Date of Competition: May 3 to 5, 2007
2. Venue: Beidaihe Guangdian Hotel, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province (National Radio and Television Administration Beidaihe Sanatorium)
3. Organizer: Qinhuangdao City Bridge Association
4. Undertaker: Qinhuangdao Star Sky Bridge Club

Sixth, the competition project: open team competition
7. Participating units: All provinces (districts) and city bridge enthusiasts can freely participate in the team.
Eight, participation in the method:
(1) Each team can report 4-6 athletes.
(2) The participating teams shall pay for their own expenses.
Nine, the competition method:
It is divided into two phases.
(1) Preliminaries: Swiss shift. Carry out 8 rounds, 12 rounds per round, and decide the ranking according to VP. The top 8 players in the Swiss Grand Prix entered the quarter-finals and the other teams entered the Swiss Grand Prix.
(2) Final stage: the knockout and the additional Swiss shift.
(1) Quarterfinal: The first 8 players in the preliminaries will play 24 quarter-finals. The first place in the preliminaries has the right to choose opponents in the 5th to 8th place. The 2nd place in the preliminaries selects opponents among the remaining 3 teams in 5-8, and so on. The winner entered the semi-finals and the loser entered the additional Swiss Shift.
(2) Semi-final: The winning team in the quarter-finals played 24 deck semifinals. Ranked 1st in the preliminaries of the 4 teams, the right to choose opponents in the 3rd and 4th. The winner entered the finals and the loser entered the 3 or 4 play-offs.
(3) Finals: The winning team in the semi-final will hold 32 deck finals. The winner is the first and the loser is the second.
(4) 3, 4 play-offs: The semi-final team will play 24 decks. The winner is the third and the loser is the fourth.
(5) Additional Swiss Shift: The team that has not entered the semi-final will take the preliminaries and then carry out 4 rounds of Swiss shifts, ranking according to VP. Attached to the Swiss shift, 1, 2 are named 5 or 6 in this competition.
(3) Adopting the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.
(4) Each pair of players shall have 3 copies of the agreed card, and 1 copy shall be submitted to the competition team for record at the time of registration.
Ten, admissions and rewards:
The top six students were admitted, the first to sixth prize winners were 6000, 3000, 2000, 1000, 800, and 600 yuan respectively; the lucky prize (after the game was drawn in the unsuccessful team) was awarded a prize of 500 yuan.
