Sichuan Bridge Association
First, the time and place of the competition
May 16-20, 2019, held in Anzhou District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province.
Second, the organizer

Third, the participating units
Four teams from Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Chongqing Municipality participated in the competition. Sichuan Province can send 16 teams to participate in the competition. In principle, the total number of teams does not exceed 32 teams.
Fourth, the competition project
(1) Open team competition
(2) Swiss-made doubles
V. Entry methods
(1) Each team can report to the team, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(2) The conditions of the participating players are: male players 60-75 years old, female players 55-75 years old can sign up.
(3) Each team must be responsible for the health and safety of the athletes of the team. Each participating team member shall apply for personal accident insurance and present the insurance policy upon registration. Each team must sign a voluntary participation letter before the competition.
(4) The participating teams shall pay for their own expenses.
Sixth, the competition method
(1) Open team competition method: The competition is divided into two stages.
Phase 1: Preliminaries
The points are arranged for a total of eight rounds with 12 decks per round. According to the cumulative Vp ranking, the top eight entered the second stage, and the remaining teams voluntarily signed up for the doubles.
Second stage: knockout
1. Elimination 1-1: 1-3 preliminaries select opponents in 5-8 teams in order, winning team enters knockout 2-1, negative team enters knockout 2-2;
2. Elimination 2-1: The team with the highest ranking in the preliminaries of the 4 teams selects the opponents in the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team enters the championship and runner-up finals, and the negative team participates in 3 or 4 additional matches;
3. Elimination 2-2: The first team in the preliminaries of the 4 teams selects the opponents in the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team participates in 5th and 6th, and the negative team participates in the 7th and 8th play-offs;
4. The number of knockouts and additional games is 16, and the score is not divided into sections.
(2) Swiss-style double-play competition method: a total of seven rounds, five decks per round, using the field system.
(3) The "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.
(4) Athletes must complete the "System Card" and bring it to the table.
Seven, admission awards
(1) The top 8 members of the team competition will be rewarded;
(2) The number of entries for the doubles is subject to change.
Eight, registration and registration
(1) Registration
1. Please ask each team to register before May 4th.
2. Registration fee: 300 yuan / team, paid at the time of registration.
3. Registration method: The registration form will be reported to the Sichuan Bridge Association through SMS and email.

1. Please submit the teams to the competition area before 18:00 on May 16th.
2. At the time of registration, the original organizing committee, health certificate, voluntary participation certificate, original policy or certificate shall be provided to the organizing committee for review. Those who fail to provide the above materials are not allowed to participate in this competition. If there is an accident during the competition, the organizing committee will not bear any responsibility.
9. The competition judges and arbitration committees are selected by the Sichuan Bridge Association.
