Second, report


All teams are required to report before 9:30 am on May 4, 2007 and a team leader meeting at Garden Villa Hotel at 10:30.
 
Third, accommodation


In this competition, the Garden Villa Hotel will be arranged. The standard room will be 250 yuan per room per day; the meal will be arranged by the organizer.

Supplementary Provisions


I. The competition carried out the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999; refer to the implementation of the "Chinese Bridge Association Duplex Bridge Judging Law (Trial)".


Second, the game layout:


1. The first stage competition number


Groups A and B are produced by lottery.


2, the host and guest team


(1) Round robin: The squad number of the game round table is the former team.


(2) The first round of the knockout match: the main team in the round robin ranking.


(3) After the rounds of the knockouts: draw lots to determine the host and guest team.


(4) The home team opened the room to the north and south, closed room, and the visiting team was the opposite.


2, seat selection rights


(1) Round robin: Each team has no seat selection right, and each team fills the back sheet back to back 10 minutes before the start of the game.


(2) Elimination: The home team selects one seat for seat selection, and the other team has seat selection for the visiting team; the team with no seat option announces the list of players 15 minutes before the start of the match, and then has seats until 5 minutes before the start of the match. The team that chooses to announce the list of appearances, after the announcement of the list of appearances, if the game is to be changed, the other party can also make changes.


If you do not fill out the field table, you will be subject to a procedural penalty.


Third, the game program


1. Game cards: Both A and B are licensed by computer.


2. Game scores:


(1) The South is responsible for recording the triplicate scorecard. The owner records a score sheet. The results of the scores of the South House are confirmed by the two parties before the game leaves the table and a copy is given to the referee. The other two are used for the two parties.


(2) After the end of each game, the winning team (the two sides usually play by the home team) will sign the scorecard signed by both parties to the recording desk within 20 minutes after the end of the competition. If the score is not paid on time, the responsible party shall score according to the abstention, and the non-responsible party shall score according to the actual result.


(3) Within 30 minutes after the results of each competition are announced, the effective time for correcting the score error shall not be changed.


3, bidding reminder


(1) The agreed bidding needs to be awakened, and the non-contracted bidding does not need to be reminded, but the contestant should make a reminder when there is doubt, that is, if the reminder is not clear. A reminder is also required when the other party may not understand some of the conventions in the natural call.


(2) The appointment is called the correct reminder mode. When using the screen: Calling the contractor and their companions must immediately make a reminder to the other party on the same side of the screen. The reminder must place the reminder card on the pusher. In the card, and wait for the other party to signal and receive the reminder. The person being reminded of the reminder should nod to indicate the other party.


(3) The inquiry and explanation of the bidding and bidding system are all written.


4. The illegal bidding on the side of the screen must be changed before the pusher has pushed the screen. Legal bids may not be changed, except for immediate changes to the rules.


5, each level (16 pairs) of the first-class team competition is allowed to use a pair of psychological calls, and the second-level team is not allowed to use psychological calls.


6, the brown convention is called definition:


(1) Any 2 plum to 3 spade opening means that it may be a weak card and does not promise a minimum of 4 known colors. (Exception: a 2nd-order low-flower opening means that any high-flowered weak open call, regardless of whether there is a strong card option is not a brown convention)


(2) The dispute over the natural first-order single-set open call does not guarantee at least 4 known suits. (Exception: Naturally no competition will be called; any deduction will indicate a strong card; a jumper will be called for the other party's known suit, and the companion will be asked to call 3NT when the suit has a stop.)


(3) Any 2nd or 3rd weak two decks can be ordered to have only 3 or less in 1 suit.


(4) The psychological protection required for system protection or system.


(5) Not subject to the restrictions listed above, the appointment of a strong artificial open call or the agreement against the brown agreement or the HUM system.


7. The game is prohibited from using the highly-used (HUM) system and the brown convention.


8. The participating players must bring the agreed card to participate in the competition. Each time the offender deducts 1VP of each pair.


9. The game is late:


(1) Round robin: 0+-5 minutes late: warning; re-offending for more than 5 minutes.


5+-10 minutes late: 1VP.


10+-15 minutes late: 2VP.


Late for 15+-20 minutes: deduct 3VP.


20+-25 minutes late: 4VP.


Late for more than 25 minutes, handled by the Competition Arbitration Commission.


(2) Elimination: 0+-5 minutes late: warning; recidivism is punished according to the 5 minute late clause.


5+-25 minutes late: 1IMP deduction, plus 1IMP per 1 minute (1 minute for less than 1 minute late).


Late for more than 25 minutes: handled by the Competition Arbitration Commission.


10. Competition time limit:


16 decks for 2 hours and 10 minutes.


Timeout 0+-5 minutes: deduction 1VP


Timeout 5+-10 minutes: 1.5VP.


Timeout 10+-15 minutes: deduct 2VP.


Timeout 15+-20 minutes: deduct 2.5VP.


Timeout 20+-25 minutes: 3VP.


Timeout of more than 25 minutes: by the Arbitration Commission.


The timeout deduction is divided into the sum of the deduction points of the two parties. If both parties are incumbent, each deduction shall be 1/2 of the deduction. If one of the players thinks that the other party is delaying the time, they should submit it to the referee early.


11. Competition discipline:


(1) It is strictly forbidden to use mobile communication tools. During each game, the mobile communication tool of the contestant is ringing, deducting the relevant team 2VP and eliminating the game buckle 12IMP. The game is used to cancel the qualification of the team in the game, and the score is treated as a waiver.


(2) Pay attention to civility and politeness, enter the arena must be neatly dressed and wear valid documents.


(3) Players who are not on the court may not watch the game.


(4) If the player leaves the seat during the competition, he or she must obtain the consent of the referee and walk with the person at the same table or the person designated by the referee.


(5) Smoking is prohibited in the vicinity of the stadium and in front of the stadium. If it is found that a contestant violates this regulation, each time the relevant team 2VP is deducted, the game is deducted for 12IMP.


(6) No loud noises in the double match and surrounding areas.


12. Appeal:


(1) The Competition Arbitration Commission accepts complaints from each team.


(2) All appeals must be submitted by the appeal team leader to the referee within 30 minutes after the end of the competition, and within one hour of the end of the competition (as the referee may require, the referee shall submit the appeal form and appeal) The fee is 200 yuan.
