The 4th National Health System Bridge Competition Competition Regulations

1. Organizer: Trade union directly under the Ministry of Health


               Shanghai Medical Union


2. Organizer: Shanghai Health System Bridge Association


Third, the date of the competition: May 10 to May 13, 2007


4. Venue: Shanghai Jiading Liudao Resort


V. Participating units: Health Departments (Bureaus) of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions


Sixth, the competition project: open team competition


Seven, participation in the method:


1. Participants must be employed in the health system; each team can report to the team and coach 1 person, and the athletes 6 (men or women);


2. The registration form is in duplicate and stamped by the medical (health) trade union. It will be sent to the Competition Preparatory Committee Competition Group (Shanghai Medical Union) before April 20, Address: Room 1104, 1477 Beijing West Road, Shanghai. Postal code: 200040, telephone: 021-62897000 to 11041 extension;


3. Each team pays an registration fee of 500 yuan.


Eight, the competition method:


1. Single round robin, 4 rounds per day, 16 decks per round.


2. The round robin is settled by V.P. If the two teams or two teams are equal in V.P, the I.M.P score is compared. The highest rank is listed.


3. Execute the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and the "China Bridge Association Duplex Bridge Judging Law (Trial)" promulgated in 2006.


4. It is forbidden to use the HUM system. It is forbidden to use the brown convention in the round robin stage.


5. In each round of the round robin, each pair of players can only use the psychological call in a deck of cards.


6. The participating players must bring the pair of agreement cards (Chinese) to participate in the competition.


7. The referee of the competition is appointed by the Shanghai Bridge Association.


8. The competition committee and the referee will preside over the lottery.


Nine, incentives:


1. The top three teams will be awarded trophies and prizes respectively, and the athletes will issue certificates;


2. Establish 2 teams of “Sports Morality Fashion Award” and award certificates respectively;


3. Each participating team member has a commemorative prize.
