Open Group A team: West Wing Technology, Shaanxi Electric Power Design Institute, Xi'an Railway Vocational College, Xi'an Transformer Factory, Agriculture and Forestry University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Sanhang College, Baoji Bridge Association, Baoji Steel Tube Factory, Shaanxi Normal University, Bridge Friends And build a company.
The Open Team B team is free to sign up for the competition.
V. Competition method
1. Open group A team: divided into two stages.
The first stage: 16 rounds per game. The top 4 in the round robin entered the semi-finals. The 5th and 6th rounds of the round robin ranked 5th and 6th, the 7th relegation of the round robin, the 8th to 11th round of the round robin entered the knockout 1-1 and 1-2 respectively, and the 12th round of the round robin was downgraded. .
The second stage: the knockout.
(1) First round knockout:
Semi-final: The top four in the round robin will be played in 24 semi-finals. The first place in the round robin has the right to choose opponents in the 3rd and 4th place. The winner entered the finals and the loser entered the 3 or 4 play-offs.
Elimination 1-1: The 8th and 9th rounds of the round robin will be played in 24 decks. The winner relegated and the loser entered the knockout 2-1.
Elimination 1-2: The 10th and 11th rounds of the round robin will be played in 24 decks. The winner entered the knockout 2-1 and the loser was demoted.
(2) The second round of the knockout:
Finals: The semi-final winners won 24 deck finals. The winner is the first and the loser is the second.
3, 4 play-offs: The semi-final team will play 24 decks. The winner is the third and the loser is the fourth.
Elimination 2-1: The negative team of the knockout 1-1 and the winning team of the elimination 1-2 played 244 deck games. The winner is relegated and the loser is downgraded.
3, open group B team: in accordance with the Swiss points system for a total of 12 rounds of the round robin, the top three.
4. The additional doubles will be held on May 5th at 1:30 pm.
6. Penalties and arbitration
The competition adopted the "China Bridge Competition Regulations" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1991. The team leaders have the right to appeal to the Arbitration Commission for the judgment of the duty referee. The appeal must be made in writing within 20 minutes after the end of the game, and the appeal fee of 50 yuan will be paid. The appeal will win and the fee will be refunded.
Seven, incentives and scoring methods
The open group A team rewards the top 6 and gives the player who won the ranking the corresponding master points. The top 3 teams in the Open Group B team will be awarded the top 3 in the doubles, and the corresponding master points will be recorded.
Eight, the cost
The registration fee for each team is 200 yuan, (half of the old team, student team reduction) double registration fee is charged separately, travel expenses, subsidies, accommodation and self-care during the competition.
Nine, the leader meeting
A team leader meeting was held at 3:00 pm on May 1.
X. Awards
At 11:30 am on May 5, specific arrangements will be made.
Eleven, other
Zhongyang company promotional materials and display advertisements will be sent during the competition.
The unfinished matters are decided by the organizing committee.
