I. The competition carried out the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and the "Chinese Bridge Association Duplex Bridge Judging Law (Trial)" in 2006.
Second, the game method:
1. The competition is divided into two phases:
(1) The first stage adopts the Swiss shift system, with a total of 9 rounds and 16 decks per round. 3 rounds a day, of which the second round is divided into upper and lower sections, and the first and third rounds are not divided into sections. The first round is played according to the 1-(N) maximum number, 2-(N-1), 3-(N-2)...; finally, according to the cumulative VP, the top eight enters the second stage.
(2) The second stage adopts the elimination system, with a total of 3 rounds, 24 decks per round, divided into two sections, one day and a half. In the first stage, the team with 1-3 positions has the right to choose opponents in 5-8 teams and enter the first quarter quarter-finals. The first round of the winning 4 teams still ranked according to the first stage of the game, the former selected opponents to play the second round of the semi-finals to 1-4, the negative team to play the game according to the above method 5-8, the second round of the game The winning team won the third round with the winning team, the negative team and the negative team, and finally decided to make 1-8.
2. Elimination of the game with points:
If the two teams meet in the first stage of the game, the winning team will take points. The winning team is in the first stage, with a 1/2 win over the IMP; otherwise, it has a 1/3 of the net win; the IMP can not exceed 6 IMP. The score is divided into the second decimal place.
3. All other teams that have not entered the top eight will participate in the Swiss Shift Play-off (the team leader and coach can participate in voluntary participation at any age). The competition will be based on the first stage of the ranking 9-(N last), 10-( N-1), 11-(N-2)..... A total of 6 rounds were played, and 12 decks were played in each round, ranking the cumulative VP.
Third, the arrangement:
1. The serial numbers of each team are arranged according to the ranking of the previous competition. The new team entered the lottery and entered the serial number.
2. In the arrangement, if several team points (including deduction points) are equal, sort from the small team to the large team (ie, the small team is in front) in the single round, and the large number from the large The team is sorted to the troop team. 3. When the knockout match is decided by the draw, the first team of the winning team will be the main team and the second team will be the visiting team.
Fourth, the game program:
1. Match cards: Each table plays a different card. The contestant shall, in accordance with the requirements of the referee, distribute the game cards and carefully copy the cards.

3. The player should draw the card from the correct card sleeve orientation. After confirming the card card position and the number of cards, the card and the card can be seen. During the game, the card sets are always placed in the center of the table. After the cards are played, the cards are also placed back into the cards without any mistakes. After that, no player can turn over the cards.
4. The South House is responsible for accurately and completely filling out the two-point scorecards that need to be sent to the referee station. The West House is responsible for filling in the scorecards retained by the team and checking and signing with the Nanjia Division. Then, the winning team (the same time when the IMP is the same) is responsible for the first joint score table recorded by the opening and closing room south home, and sent to the referee station within 10 minutes after the deadline for the competition time specified in each round (section). If the score is not paid on time, the responsible party shall score according to the abstention, and the non-responsible party shall score according to the actual result of the competition.
5. The contestant must fill in the appointment card carefully according to the regulations. The agreement not filled in the appointment card is not allowed to be used. Each pair of players must bring their own agreement card to play.
6. Secret agreement is strictly forbidden. All the agreed-upon bidding (including the habitual tacit understanding between the partners) must promptly remind the other party in accordance with the prescribed method (except for the requirement that the reminder may not be made, or the other party asks not to make a reminder).
7. Any legally-called bid card must not be changed once placed on the push-pull. Unlawful bidding must be changed immediately.
8. When using the screen, all inquiries and explanations must be made in writing.
9. It is forbidden to use psychological bidding, prohibit the use of the highly-used (HUM) bidding system and the highly unconventional (brown convention) contractual bidding.
10. Competition time limit:

The referee can stop playing cards according to the needs of the game, but the cards that have started the bidding stage must be finished. At this time, the timeout is deducted according to the corresponding standard. The unplayed cards in the team competition give a procedural penalty to the offending party. Each deck is deducted by 0.5 VP, and the deduction is divided into the sum of the deduction points. If both parties are responsible, each deduction shall be 1/2 of the deduction.
11. The time limit for correcting the error is within 30 minutes after the official score is published.
V. Determination of the same place:
1. Swiss competition
(1) Compare the VP value and IMP value of the team's competition with each other.
(2) Compare the number of rounds won by the relevant team in all competitions (the VP is not counted), and the number of the winners is ranked first;
(3) Compare the average opponent's score of the relevant team (the cumulative VP of all opponents encountered by a team divided by the number of rounds played by the team), and the highest rank is listed;
(4) Compare the winning and losing ratio of the team in all competitions, and the highest ranked first.
(5) If still the same, draw lots.
2, the knockout
(1) Compare the basic scores (TP) of the two teams first, and the winners win;
(2) Compare the number of winning cards (including the cards with 10 basic points), and the winners will win;
