V. Participation method


1. The deadline for registration is July 31st.


2. Bridge enthusiasts are free to team up to participate. Each team can report 1 team and coach, 4-6 athletes. Teams can register online at China Bridge (Shanghai Pudong New Area Xuanqiao Community Bridge Club).

4. Registration fee: 800 yuan / team. Successful payment will be confirmed. Please be sure to indicate the name of the participating team when transferring funds.


5. Each team's participants will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses.


Sixth, the competition method


The game is divided into two stages


The first stage: qualifying, a total of 7 rounds of the number of arrangement, 8 rounds of cards in each round, the teams that met in the same stage no longer meet, the scores of each team are ranked by the accumulated VP points.


Second stage: divided into two parts


1. Knockout


The 1st-8th team in the first stage of qualifying will automatically enter the upper and lower half.


Quarterfinal: 24 cards in the competition, divided into two sections. The winning team entered the semi-finals, and the negative team entered the additional points choreography (with the average VP of the top four points in the first two rounds of the points).


Semi-final: 24 decks of the game, divided into two sections. The winning team entered the finals and the team entered three or four play-offs.


The finals and the three or four additional tournaments are all played in 24 decks and are divided into two sections.


2. Additional points choreography:


The 9th and the following teams in the first stage qualifying will bring 40% of the accumulated VPs in the first stage of qualifying to the additional points. They will be divided into two groups, A and B, and 6 rounds, 12 rounds each. The cards, the teams that met in the first stage may meet again, but the teams that met in the second stage no longer meet, ranked according to the cumulative VP.


3. The competition implemented the China Bridge Competition Rules, which was approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.


4. The game uses computer prefabricated cards.


5. The first round match was determined by random draws from the computer.


7. Admissions and incentives


Ranking award


The champion rewards 10,000 yuan with 10 Shanghai Safari tickets, runner-up 6,000 yuan, third runner-up 4,000 yuan, fourth place 3,000 yuan;


2. Additional points programming


The registration status will be confirmed.


3. Lucky Prize


Twenty entrants were selected from the entrants who won no awards for the rankings and additional points for the awards at the award ceremony. Two winners of the Shanghai Safari Tickets were awarded to the winners.


4. According to the "China Bridge Association member technical level standard" awarded the China Bridge Association master points.
