First, the competition date: May 26, 2007 - June 3, 2007
2. Venue: Beijing Wanjia Emerging Sports Club, 14th Floor, Unit 2, Building 1, No.1, Lefu Baoyu Apartment, 39 South Mill Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Third, the competition method:
1. The competition adopted the "China Bridge Competition Rules" and related supplementary regulations published by the China Bridge Association in 1999.
  2, only open team games.
  3, the competition is divided into three stages: preliminaries, rematches and finals.
Registration fee: 300 yuan per team / 20 teams per team, no match for the finals.
  4, the preliminaries using Swiss shift integral programming system, divided into two groups each group played a total of 5 rounds, playing 8 decks per round, according to each round of VP points scheduled each team ranking, Group A took the top 15 into the quarter-finals . Group B took the top 15 to enter the rematch, and the rematch was divided into 5 groups for a single-cycle competition. The top three teams entered the finals, and the final 15 teams joined the Shenhua Club team for single elimination. 
5. When the Swiss shift is arranged in a round-by-round arrangement, if the field points and VP points are the same, the odd-numbered rounds are assigned to the large team by the same number; the even-numbered rounds are divided by the same size. Arranged to the small team.
  6, in the game, the team number in the former hit the home team. The home team sits in the north and south, sitting in the closed room; the visiting team sits opposite and should be seated first. No substitutions can be made in the middle of each round.
7: Group A unlisted teams are allowed to register repeatedly. One member is forbidden to represent the two teams. Once the second team is found to be canceled, the checklist is allowed to change the list before the start of the match. It is forbidden to change the list after the start of the game.


Fourth, the program on the table:
1. All the cards in the game are produced by the players at the table before each round.
  2, all players must pay attention to the order, orientation and number of cards. The player in the north is responsible for the custody of the card. In the event of an error, the responsibility of both parties shall be the responsibility of both parties; if it is only a unilateral responsibility, the offending party shall be responsible. At the time of card collection, it must be noted that each player first asks the card to face the number of clear cards, and then check the card face before making a bid.
  3, after playing the card, all players should check the card type again, after the number of clear cards can be returned to the corresponding card position. When each hand is placed in the card position or the card is wrong, it is solely the responsibility of the party; the parties concerned are responsible for both parties. The foul team deducts 0.5VP each time; if the card is invalid, 0.5VP is deducted.
  4, sitting in the South is responsible for scoring, other households are responsible for inspection, if found errors, should immediately coordinate corrections with the South.
The score sheet should indicate the match round, room, team member, team name and name of the player.
  5, any non-natural meaning of the agreed bidding, should be promptly reminded by the companion's companion (when using the screen, the bidder and companions prompt the other side of the screen to pay attention)! If a player has doubts about the meaning of the other party's bid, when it is their turn to bid, they can ask the other player to fully explain their bid. The other party must explain it clearly according to the agreement, and there must be no secret agreement.
6. It is forbidden to use the HUM system. Fraud is prohibited.
  7, when using the screen, you must not accept the illegal billing on the side of the screen. The bidding plate is pushed from the south and the north. Pay attention to keeping the speed, angle and strength of the pushing plate consistent. The hand of the pushing plate should not pass the screen.
  8, after the end of the bidding stage, if the first attacker has doubts about the meaning of the other party's bid, he should ask before the first attack. After the first attack card is selected, the card should be placed face down on the table and must not be taken back. If the companion of the first attacker asks the meaning of the other party's appointment, you must wait for the companion to ask the question before you can clear the card. Once the first attack card is exposed, the first attacker's companion will not ask again when he plays the card in this round.
V. Competition time limit:
1, 12 decks of competitions require 1 hour and 40 minutes.
  2, more than the penalty:
    timeout 1-5 minutes   deduction 0.5VP
  5 + 10 minutes     1VP
  Timeout of more than 10 minutes   stop the game
  open and closed rooms, such as timeouts at the same time, according to the longest room penalty. In order not to affect the entire game, the referee has the right to cancel the card that has not been played. If a team believes that the other party has caused an undue delay, then any player can ask the referee to assign an auditor to observe and decide which team is responsible for the delay.
  3, late penalty: warning within 5 minutes of late, 5 + 10 minutes late deduction 0.5VP, late 10 + 20 minutes deducted 1VP Within 20 minutes of being late, every 8 minutes late will be judged to play 1 deck and give 3IMP to each other. Abstained for more than 20 minutes late. The abstainer has 0VP.
Non-abstainers can choose the highest score according to the following three types:
  a. The average VP of the team in the first few games.
  b.30VP minus the average VP of the previous few waivers; but not more than 25 VP.
  c.18VP.
If a team has 2 rounds of abstention, the team will cancel all the results. If the competition round is over half, the original score is valid.
6. When the points are equal, the ranking method is determined:

  1, VP points more than the rankings in the first.
  2, met in the game, the winning team ranked first.

  4, calculate the opponent's opponent points (VP points), the opponent's points are ranked first.
  5, calculate the 1MP winning and losing rate, the highest ranked first.
  6, plus 1 deck of cards to determine the outcome.
Seven, the field discipline:
  1, all players should strive to achieve the card style, technical precision, speed.
  2, strictly forbidden secret agreement, once found out will be given serious treatment according to the severity of the case until the qualification is cancelled.
  3, closed room in addition to the game on the spot, referee staff, other personnel are not allowed to enter.
  4, during the game, the players are not allowed to leave the table at will. In special circumstances, the referee and the other party's consent must be obtained before leaving. Both parties are required to go hand in hand, otherwise the consequences will be at their own risk.
  5, not playing players (excluding the team leader and coach) are not allowed to watch the team's game, the gamer should immediately exit the game to the end of the division to rest and wait for the score.
  6, the game is in progress, any person watching the game can not talk to the game. Mutual discussion, may not interfere with the players in any form. Don't talk to the audience and don't walk around to see the cards.
  7, each round of the game is completed, the two teams score the points after the two sides signed and the winner (IMP also tied by the home team) to the record station within 5 minutes of the end of the round. In the event of a settlement error, it should be submitted to the referee in the 30 minutes after the official score is announced, otherwise it will not be changed.
  8, each contestant should maintain a good brand, respect the referee, obey the ruling, respect each other, respect the companion, to ensure the smooth progress of the game. Anyone who violates the rules of the competition will be given a penalty according to the circumstances and will be disqualified.
  9, the stadium personnel please close the communication equipment, so as not to interfere with the game. If the player's communication equipment is found to be ringing, the team will be deducted from the team for 0.5 VP for the first time, and the qualification will be cancelled for the second time.
  10, the venue is not allowed to smoke! If the team member is found to have deducted 0.5VP from the team for the first time, the team will be disqualified for the second time.
9. Appeal:
The appeal must be verbally presented to the referee by the team leader within 15 minutes of the official score announcement. If the rule is a matter, the referee will explain and decide. If the complaint is adhered to, the competition stipulates that within 30 minutes after the game, the team leader submits a written appeal to the referee and pays a compensation of 200 yuan, which is referred to the arbitration committee by the referee. Appeals that do not comply with the above procedures will not be accepted.
X. Unfinished matters shall be subject to the "China Bridge Competition Rules", and the referee shall be responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of the rules.
XI. Admissions and Awards: Members of the China Bridge Association can be awarded the corresponding masters according to the relevant regulations of the China Bridge Association. Members of the club can receive corresponding points. The top three teams each won the "Shenhua Cup" seat;




                  The top eight teams will receive a bonus.
