Notice on Holding the China Bridge Association Member Network Competition

In order to give full play to the advantages of Internet chess and card games, continuously enrich the format of bridge games, and better serve the majority of bridge members, it is decided to hold the China Bridge Association Member Network Competition from July 9th to July 18th, 2020. Rules of the Chinese Bridge Association Member Network Competition


1. Organizer


(1) Organizer: China Bridge Association


(2) Co-organizer: Beijing Xinruiqiao Technology Co., Ltd.


2. Competition time and place


(1) Competition time: July 9-18, 2020.


(2) Competition venue: "Xin Rui Bridge" APP.


3. Participation


(1) Participants must be non-owed individual members of China Bridge Association, and must fill in their real names and China Bridge Association member numbers when registering.


(2) Free participation in the competition. Participants will start to register on the registration interface of the "Xin Rui Bridge" platform from now on. Registration ends at 23:30 on July 6.


(3) The competition is limited to 4000 people, and the full registration ends early.


4. Competition method


(1) Competition method and arrangement


In the competition, the contestants themselves and their robot partners compete against two robots of the other team.


The competition is arranged by points. There are 10 rounds in total, one round per day, 8 decks of cards in each round, and the ranking is based on accumulated VP. Every day the game starts at 0:10 and ends at 24:00. The first round of the game will be randomly drawn against each other, and the points will be arranged according to the previous round's ranking from the second round.


(2) Competition time requirements


Participants log in to the system at any time within the specified time frame every day to compete. Participants can complete the day's competition at one time or multiple times. When all the matches on the day are completed, the system automatically displays the results.


(3) Abstention and partial completion of the game


1. In the match of the day, if one team completes all matches and the other team does not complete any deck of cards, the team that has not completed the match is the abstaining party. The score of the abstaining party is counted as 0 VP, and the score of the non-abstaining party is counted as 12 VP.


2. If one of the players completes part of the game, the unstarted cards will be given to the completed player 3IMP for each deck.


3. If the cards that are discarded in the middle are played, if the open hand has not been shown, the 3IMP will be given to the finisher. If the open hand has been shown, the unplayed cards will be calculated as tricks.


4. Those who abstained in two rounds will be deemed to have waived their qualifications, and subsequent rounds will not be scheduled.


(4) Competition discipline


1. Psychological bids are not allowed in the game. The bidding standards are required and the community bidding rules and regulations are implemented. 2. When a contestant is in a passive game and the judgement team determines the number of cards in the negative game, each pair of cards allows the opponent to get a maximum of 3IMP; but if the opponent loses points for this card due to his own mistakes, the result will be Established. Retire the side of the negative game.


3. If the referee team determines that there is an intentional release of water, both parties will be treated as invalid (both sides get 0 points) for this match, and their qualifications for subsequent matches will be disqualified, they will be blacklisted, and they will not be allowed to participate in subsequent related networks game.


(5) There will be no adjustments to match results that are affected by factors such as point mistakes and robot errors.


5. Competition rewards


(1) The winner will be awarded the network master points of the China Bridge Association in accordance with the "Technical Grade Standards for Chinese Bridge Association Members".


(2) The top 30% of the contestants in the total score will be rewarded with Xinrui Bridge Master Points.


(3) The top 100 in total score will receive prizes (please pay attention to the information of Xinrui Bridge after the competition).


6. Event liaison and supervision


(1) For the sake of fairness, impartiality and openness in the competition. The Xinrui platform will supervise the contest data of the contestants.
