Notice of 2020 (First) Chinese Employee Bridge Championship

The association is scheduled to establish the National Workers' Health Promotion Project·Health Sports 2020 (the first) Chinese Workers Bridge Championship in August this year. The first tournament will be a full online competition. The registration for the event is now officially started, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:


1. Organization

2. Competition schedule


Date: August 22-28, 2020 (20:00-22:00 every night)


Platform: Xinrui Bridge APP


3. Competition items


This event takes the form of an open team competition, with no restriction on men and women, free team formation, and everyone confronts.


4. Entry method


(1) Qualifications


1. The participating athletes must be employees of the unit (including the head office, group, agency, system, etc.), and must be organized as a team of enterprises and institutions, and no cross-unit organization is allowed. At the time of registration, you must provide the work certificate/assurance certificate of your unit.


2. Part-time, stationed, seconded personnel and full-time players of Type A clubs registered with the China Bridge Association after January 1, 2018 (inclusive) are not allowed to participate.


3. All participants must sign the "Declaration of Participation" with the organizer of the event (check the acceptance on the registration page and submit it). Do not use "Gunner" or AI instead of participating in the competition.


(2) Registration requirements


1. Each team is limited to 1 leader or coach and 4-8 athletes.


2. There is no limit to the number of teams registered by each unit. The team name must be named after the unit name. If multiple teams from the same unit participate, they must register for the competition in the form of xx (unit) for one team and xx (unit) for second team. Team members of the same unit cannot compete across teams.


3. The team leader or coach of each team must join the WeChat group on the topic of the event before the registration deadline (formed after the registration is completed, further notice), and submit the electronic version of the Chinese system card of the team members. According to Article 52, Paragraph 1 (7) of the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules", teams that fail to submit the agreed cards in the correct format on time will be fined 1 VP. Each team should exchange and understand the system card with their opponents in advance. The electronic version of the Chinese system card must be in PDF format and the nickname of Xinrui should be marked in the file name. If the whole team uses the same system card, the note is for the XX team.


(3) Registration method


1. From July 6 to 20:00 on July 31, 2020, each team leader must pass the "China Enterprise Sports" WeChat official account or log in to the official website of the China Enterprise Sports Association (http://www.cesa .org.cn) To register, all team members must fill in the entry information.


2. The supporting materials for registration are the social guarantee certificate of the participating athletes (from January 1, 2020 to present), or the unit's employment certificate, which must be stamped with the union seal or personnel seal of the unit. Please upload in accordance with the regulations through the official registration platform.


(4) Review and publicity


1. The organizing committee will review the qualifications of registered athletes and make public announcements on the WeChat official account of "China Enterprise Sports". The publicity period is August 5-7, 2020. During the publicity period, any participating unit can report to the organizing committee in writing if there are objections to the qualifications of each participating athlete, and the organizing committee will verify and judge. Reporting materials must be stamped with an official seal and provide a basis for verification. Please refer to "Organizing Committee Contact Information" for the reporting email address.


2. Athletes who have passed the review of the organizing committee and have not been reported during the publicity period can qualify for the competition. In principle, no changes can be made after the registration deadline. If changes are required due to special circumstances, a written application must be submitted to the organizing committee, which will be reviewed and publicized.


3. After the expiration of the publicity period, the registration information will be shared with the China Bridge Association and Xinrui Bridge APP, and each team cannot adjust the participants.


(5) Entry fees


There is no registration fee for this competition, but each team must pay for the relevant fees.


5. Competition method


(1) Competition arrangement


It is held online through the Xinrui Bridge APP, and a total of 7 rounds of points arrangement competitions are conducted, with 12 decks of cards in each round. The first round of the match will be decided by the referee team. From the second round, the scores will be arranged according to the previous round's ranking. Rank the teams based on accumulated VP points.


(2) Competition rules


1. Adopt the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.


2. During the competition, it is forbidden to use the yellow bidding system and brown contract bidding. The use of psychological calls is prohibited in the competition.


3. Regardless of any reason during the game, any losses caused by operating errors (for example, making mistakes in bidding, playing cards, or making claims and accepting claims) shall be borne by me without adjustment.


 4. If there are disputes about bidding and playing cards, please call a referee in time. If the referee cannot be on the court in time, the players on the court are required to keep the bidding and playing process and relevant textual evidence in time through screenshots or video recording.


5. There is no arbitration committee for this competition, and the judgment of the referee group is the final ruling, and appeals will not be accepted.


 6. If the game has already started and the game cannot be completed due to a certain party's reasons, the cards that have constituted a duplex will be scored according to the actual results, and each pair of unfinished cards will be given to the irresponsible party 3IMP for artificial adjustment points. If the game progress in the opening and closing rooms differs too much, and the uncompleted cards are obviously beneficial to the unresponsible party, the referee has the right to make additional adjustments in accordance with the fairness principle of the rules.


7. For any reason, if a player is disconnected and cannot return to the game within 15 minutes, the game is aborted and the game cannot be completed.


8. Inquiries and explanations of the game need to be conducted on the chat interface. The information in the chat interface is open to all 4 people at the poker table, so please follow the rules when the screen is not used: the player’s bidding or playing agreement should be explained by his partner when asked to explain. Players on the field are requested to pay attention to the dynamics of the chat interface of the poker table, and pay attention to answering each other’s questions in time.


(3) Competition discipline


1. Respect the opponent, respect the companion, respect the referee, and do not write impolite language or behavior in the dialog box during the game. Once the complaint is confirmed, an additional penalty of 2VP or more will be deducted from the offending party.


2. The participating teams should fully understand and accept the differences between online platform competitions and real offline competitions, and treat possible abnormal situations with tolerance and the handling of the organizing committee.


3. In order to ensure the fairness of the game, it is recommended that the two teams supervise each other throughout the game, and the supervision method shall be implemented in accordance with the guidelines; if the two teams agree through consultation, they may not supervise, but no further questions about the style of the game are allowed. 4. In view of the particularity of online competitions and possible disputes about the transmission of illegal information, the organizing committee of this competition will uphold the principles of fairness and justice, monitor all competitions throughout the entire process, and conduct technical analysis and record related dispute cases. On the case (the electronic Chinese system card provided by each team will be used as an important basis). The organizing committee and the referee team have the right to adjust the results of the competition based on technical analysis, and impose penalties of disqualification and suspension for violators.


Six, incentives


(1) According to the "Technical Grade Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association", the network master points of the China Bridge Association are awarded.


(2) The top 8 winners will be awarded certificates of honor and award plates respectively.


(3) The winning team of the competition is eligible to represent the unit in the 2021 World Corporate Games Bridge Tournament.
