The sixth stop of the 14th Hangzhou Bridge League will be hosted by Shangcheng District. The relevant matters of the competition are hereby notified as follows:
1. Competition time: November 23-24, 2019
2. Competition location: Hangzhou No. 2 Middle School Donghe Campus, No. 36 Jianguo Middle Road, 50 meters southeast of the intersection of Jianguo Middle Road and Chunyou Bridge West Alley, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou (cars go from Changming Temple Lane)
3. Registration:
1. Xihu District, Gongshu District, Yinjiang Technology, Xiacheng District, Shangcheng District, Fuyang District, Binjiang District, Yuhang District, Jianggan District, Xiaoshan District.
2. Hangzhou bridge enthusiasts can freely form a team to participate.
3. All participating athletes must be individual members of Hangzhou Bridge Association, and each team must have at least 4 group member players.
3. Participants must submit the list of entries to the Hangzhou Bridge Association before November 12. At the same time, the Hangzhou Bridge Association will register online in the local organization of China Bridge Online. Each team takes care of their own board and lodging. 4. Registration fee: 500 yuan per team for the joint team, 300 yuan per team for Hangzhou fans, please submit to the competition area when you register. Junior teams (students) are free of registration fees. Please hand in the competition area when registering.
4. Competition procedure:
1. Each pair of players must bring two copies of the paper system card to the table for the opponent's inspection. Carrying a system card stored in the form of an electronic document is deemed to have not been carried, and its content is for reference only.
2. The screen is used in the competition. All conventions must be reminded on both sides of the screen. Inquiries and explanations are written in writing. If the written method is not used, no protection will be provided for losses caused by deviations or misunderstandings that cannot be identified as responsibilities due to communication problems during the course of inquiry and explanation.
3. A player can only represent one team in a competition.
5. Time spent in the competition:
(1) Time limit for playing: All players must be seated 5 minutes before the start of the game to prepare for the game. Be late to implement Rule 21.
(2) Game time limit: 8 decks of cards 1 hour
12 decks of cards 1.5 hours
16 decks of cards 2 hours
(3) By the time limit for the competition, all cards that have not been bid will be cancelled. The time limit for cards that have been bid is 5 minutes, and the timeout penalty will be imposed according to relevant rules. After the timeout period is reached, the game will be stopped, and adjustment points will be awarded for uncompleted cards.
Six, with points:
In the second stage of the competition, the total victory points arrangement does not carry points; the additional points arrangement brings 20% of the qualifying VP
7. Discipline and etiquette:
(1) Players must turn off their mobile communication tools to enter the arena. In the event of a violation of the regulations, the opponent should call a referee immediately.
(2) Smoking is prohibited in and around the competition venue.
(3) It is forbidden to discuss the cards that have been played with others during the game and make loud noises in the playing field.
8. Registration:
The participating teams shall report to the competition area before 9:30 am on November 23. The youth group will report to the competition area before 8:30 am on November 24.
