4. Entry method:
1. All domestic units or individuals can register for the competition, each team reports one leader, one coach, and 4-6 athletes.
2. Each athlete can only represent one team to participate in the competition, and may not represent more than 2 teams in the competition, otherwise they will be disqualified.
3. The registration fee for each team is 500 yuan.
4. All teams are requested to register at the Taiyuan Sports Competition Management Center before December 25, 2008.

5. Competition method:
According to the number of teams registered, the Swiss system will be used and 12-16 rounds will be played. The rankings are ranked according to the number of points, and those with more points are ranked first.
6. Reward method:
First place is 8,000 yuan, second place is 5,000 yuan, third place is 3,000 yuan
The fourth place is 3,000 yuan, the fifth place is 1,500 yuan, and the sixth place is 1,500 yuan
Seventh place 500 yuan, eighth place 500 yuan, ninth place 500 yuan
The tenth place is 500 yuan, the eleventh place is 500 yuan, the twelfth place is 500 yuan
