Competition rules

        In order to further improve the prevention and control of the epidemic, enrich and satisfy the cultural and sports life of the majority of community residents, strengthen communication and exchanges among community residents, better promote the popularization of bridge sports among community residents, and promote the company brand of Huayuan Real Estate and expand Corporate influence, Huayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Beijing Bridge Association and Beijing Sports Foundation are scheduled to jointly hold the 2020 "Huayuan Real Estate Cup" Beijing Community Bridge Network Competition on the online platform from July 11 to 19.

8. Entry requirements:


        (1) All participating teams will register for the competition on the street or community unit. The team name adopts a uniform format: XXX street (or community) team in XX district, for example: Xicheng District Qianhai Beiyan Street Team, Haidian District Yuxin Community Team.


        (2) Community residents living or working in Beijing can participate in the competition.


 


9. Competition method


        (1) Preliminaries: A total of 6 rounds of scoring competitions, with 12 decks of cards in each round. The first round of the match will be decided by the referee team. From the second round, the scores will be arranged according to the previous round's ranking. Depending on the registration situation, the top 16 or the top 32 of the preliminaries will be admitted to the final.


        (2) Finals: 16 or 32 teams will automatically match up, 4 or 5 single defeats will be played, 16 decks of cards in each game, and the IMP will determine the winner. The semi-finals and finals will be broadcast live on China Leisure Sports Channel.


        (3) The competition adopts the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018 and the supplementary regulations of the Chinese Bridge Competition Rules (2020).


        (4) Contestants shall submit the electronic version of the Chinese system card for reference as required.


        (5) For teams participating in the elimination rounds, the players on the field must bring their own mobile phone or tablet with camera function, and 1 computer or tablet or mobile phone for the competition. The remote supervision mechanism is adopted during the game, and each team shall actively cooperate with the referee team.


 


 


10. Competition registration


        (1) There is no limit to the number of teams that can register for this competition. Registration will begin today. The deadline for registration is 20:00 on July 9th.


        (2) Each team can report 4-8 athletes and 1 team leader or coach.


        (3) The participating teams must register twice on the China Bridge Network and Xinrui Bridge respectively.


        1. The participating team must fill in the list of team members online through the China Bridge.com event topic before 20:00 on July 9. The name and nickname of Xinrui are required and must be filled in accurately as a basis for checking the list of appearances. The nickname can be directly filled in the registration topic or added in the personal member information.


        2. The participating team must fill in the team member information in this game on the Xinrui platform with the entry password before 20:00 on July 10th. The player nickname information must be consistent with the bridge network to be valid. After the start of the first round of the event, it is no longer allowed to add or adjust participants, and those who have registered and passed the review in non-event topics are not allowed to participate.


        (4) The team must fill in the registration information on the event topic and before 20:00 on July 10, the team leader or coach will join the event topic WeChat group and submit the electronic version of the Chinese system card. The electronic version of the Chinese system card must be in PDF format and the nickname of Xinrui should be marked in the file name. If the whole team uses the same system card, the note is for the XXX team. Each team should exchange and understand the system card with their opponents in advance.


        (5) The participating teams must scan the QR code to pay the event service fee at the same time when registering at China Bridge. The fee is 30 yuan per person. When remitting the event service fee, please indicate the team name and number of participants for verification.

11. Admission Ranking and Rewards


        (1) All contestants can get a beautiful souvenir;


        (2) The top 16 players in the competition will be awarded;


        (3) The competition is awarded to China Bridge Association Network Master points in accordance with the "China Bridge Association Member Technical Grade Standard".


        (4) This competition will select outstanding organization awards, annual outstanding community bridge activity stations and outstanding community workers. The selection will be based on the number of events held by the event station in the past year, the number of participants, the number of times to participate in this event, and the results.


13. Competition procedures


        (1) During the competition, it is prohibited to use the yellow bidding system and brown contract bidding. Psychological bids are forbidden in the scoring tournament. Each pair of partners can only use psychological bids in a deck of cards in each knockout match.


        (2) No matter what the reason, the losses caused by operation errors (for example: making mistakes in bidding, playing cards, etc.) during the competition shall be borne by me without adjustment.


        (3) If there are disputes about bidding and playing cards, please call a referee in time. If the referee cannot be on the court in time, the players on the court are requested to keep the bidding and playing process and relevant textual evidence in time through screenshots or videos.


        (4) There will be no arbitration committee for this competition, and the judgment of the referee team shall be the final ruling, and appeals will not be accepted.


        (5) If the game has already started and the game cannot be completed due to a certain party's reasons, the cards that have constituted a duplex will be scored according to the actual results, and each pair of unfinished cards will be given to the irresponsible party 3IMP for artificial adjustment points. If the game progress in the opening and closing rooms is too different, and the uncompleted cards are obviously beneficial to the party who is not responsible, the referee has the right to make additional adjustments in accordance with the fairness principle of the rules.


        (6) For any reason, if a player disconnects and cannot return to the game within 15 minutes, the game will be aborted and the game will not be completed.


        (7) Inquiries and explanations for the points schedule must be conducted on the chat interface. The information in the chat interface is open to all 4 people at the poker table, so please follow the rules when the screen is not used: the player’s bidding or playing agreement should be explained by his partner when asked to explain. Players on the court are requested to pay attention to the dynamics of the chat interface of the card table, and pay attention to answering each other’s questions in time.


 


14. Competition discipline


        (1) Respect opponents, peers, and referees, and may not write impolite language or behavior in dialog boxes during the game. Once the complaint is confirmed, an additional penalty of 2VP or more will be deducted from the offending party.


        (2) The participating teams should fully understand and accept the differences between online platform competitions and real offline bridge competitions, and treat possible abnormal situations and the handling of the organizer with a tolerant attitude.


        (3) In view of the particularity of online competitions and possible disputes about the transmission of illegal information, this competition will adhere to the principles of fairness and impartiality, conduct technical analysis and record relevant dispute cases (electronic Chinese provided by each team The system card will serve as an important basis). The organizing committee and the referee team have the right to adjust the results of the competition based on technical analysis, and can be disqualified and suspended if necessary.
