2. Competition method
 It will be divided into two stages: preliminary and final
   Preliminaries: The Swiss shift system will be used for a total of seven rounds, with 14 decks of cards in each round and one quarter completed. Arrange the rankings by VP cumulatively.
   Final: divided into two parts
     The top 8 teams in the preliminaries participated in the single-elimination rounds for a total of three rounds.
1. The first round of elimination: The top 3 teams in the first stage select their opponents from the 5th to 8th teams in turn from the first. A total of 28 decks were played, divided into two quarters. The winning team entered the second round of the elimination round. The losing team took the top four average VPs from Switzerland in the first and second rounds to participate in the Swiss game.
2. The second round of the knockout round: the first and fourth of the preliminaries are a zone, the second and the third are a zone, a total of 28 decks of cards played, divided into two quarters, the winner enters the championship final. The losing team led Switzerland to shift the top two average VPs from the first to fourth rounds to participate in the Swiss game.
3. The third round of the knockout round: A total of 42 decks were played, divided into three quarters. The winner is the champion of this competition, and the loser ranks second.
The teams that did not enter the top 8 in the preliminaries brought 40% of the VPs in the preliminaries and then re-arranged for the seven-round final Swiss shift. The first round was 9th to 10th in the preliminaries, and so on. Regardless of the arrangement of the preliminaries, another match is allowed. Finally, the third and subsequent places are ranked cumulatively according to VP.
Three, arrangement
(1) The team numbers of each team shall be arranged in the order of registration. In the first round of the preliminaries, each team will draw their own table numbers and opponents at the referee and coaches joint meeting, which will be arranged according to the Swiss system. In the case of teams with the same points, they will be arranged in accordance with the rules of the refereeing method for the same ranking. The odd round trumpet is the home team, the even round large is the home team.

(2) The home team sits north and south in the open room and sits east and west in the closed room. The away team will be seated 5 minutes before the start of each round, the home team will then consider the opponent to be seated
(3) If the participating team is an odd-numbered team, the last team will have a bye. Each team has at most one bye in each stage, and the bye team will get 18 VP.
(4) The top 8 teams in the preliminary rounds are the home team with the highest ranking in the preliminary rounds. Seat selection rights are determined by lottery.
4. Competition procedure
(1) The cards used in the game are issued by the players themselves and the card types are not recorded. However, the home team is responsible for the cards used in the first half of the quarter, and the away team is responsible for the cards used in the second half of the quarter (the elimination games use computers to issue cards).
(2) The Nan family is responsible for recording two copies of the score sheet, and the owner is responsible for recording one copy. The scoring result is confirmed and signed by both parties before leaving the table. After each round of the game is finished, the winning team (the home team when the IMP is tied) will hand over the score sheet (two sheets) signed by both parties to the score table within 10 minutes of the end of the round. If the score sheet is not handed in on time, the responsible party will score points according to abstention, and the non-responsible party will score points according to the actual game results.
(3) Inquiries and explanations about the meaning of bidding and playing cards are in written form.
(4) The illegal bids on one side of the screen must be changed before the illegal information is transmitted to the other side of the screen. The legal bid cannot be changed. Except for immediate changes in compliance with the rules.

Anyone who fails to make a reminder in the prescribed manner and the other party indicates that he has not received the reminder shall be deemed to have not made a reminder.
(9) The scoring error shall be submitted to the chief referee within 30 minutes after the end of the round with the relevant team, and no changes will be made if the chief referee requires otherwise.
(10) Game time limit: 1 hour 55 minutes for 14 decks of cards.

2. Compare the winning rounds of the relevant teams in the seven rounds (not counting the VP draws), the more one is ranked first:
3. Compare the average opponent points of the relevant team (the cumulative VP of all opponents that a team has encountered divided by the number of actual rounds of the team). The highest ranked first;
4. Compare the IMP rate of the relevant teams in the competition, and the higher one ranks first;
5. If it is still the same, it will be decided by drawing lots.
(2) Final
1. The knockout matches are executed in accordance with the 2006 refereeing law, and 3 of them are 4 extra cards.
2. When the VP of the Swiss Shift Match is the same, they will be ranked according to the preliminaries, with the former ranking first.
Six, with points method
    The top 8 preliminaries enter the finals with points: if the two teams have met in the preliminaries, the winner of the preliminaries will take 1/2 of the IMP difference when the two teams meet in the preliminaries; the winner of the preliminaries will meet with each other. When the IMP difference is 1/3, the highest score does not exceed 1/4 of the game cards.

If a player makes a phone call or watches a video, the team will be disqualified for the current round, and the score will be calculated as the team's abstention.
(3) Spectators are not allowed to walk around to watch cards, and team members are not allowed to watch their team's games.

If a competitor really needs to leave the seat due to physical or physiological reasons, he must obtain the approval of the referee and be accompanied by a person designated by the referee. Anyone who leaves his seat in the middle of the game without the referee’s consent, if it is the first violation, the relevant team’s 2VP will be deducted (12IMP will be deducted during the knockout), if it is the second violation, the penalty will be doubled according to the standard of the first time; Violation will disqualify them from participating in the remaining part of the competition.
 (6) Respect the referee, respect the opponent, respect the companions, and must not show abuse or uncivilized behavior with insulting language during the game. If found, 1 VP of the relevant team will be deducted. If there are repeated violations or persuasion not to change, further punishment will be imposed, which is decided by the organizing committee.
