1. Competition date: January 28 to 31, 2010


2. Competition location: Industrial and Commercial Bank Hebei Branch Training Center, 15 Jianguo Road, Shijiazhuang City


3. Organizer: Hebei Bridge Association


4. Co-organizer: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Hebei Branch


5. Competition items: open team competition, open double competition


6. Participants: Bridge enthusiasts from all over the world can form a team to participate


7. How to participate: Each team can report 1 leader, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes. Entry fees are at your own expense.


8. Competition method:


(1) The open team competition is divided into two stages.


1. Preliminary stage: The Swiss Shift Tournament has 7 rounds with 16 pairs in each round. The ranking is determined by VP, and the top 8 will enter the finals.


2. Final stage: The top eight preliminaries will play the quarter-finals with 20 decks of cards. The first place in the preliminaries has the right to choose an opponent from the 5-8th place; and so on. The winner enters the semi-finals. 20 decks of cards in the semi-final game. Among the four teams, the team with the best preliminaries has the right to choose opponents from the second two teams with the preliminaries. The winner enters the final, and the loser enters the third or fourth play-offs. Three and four play-offs have 24 decks of cards, the winner is third, and the loser is fourth. In the finals, there are 32 decks of cards. The winner is the champion and the loser is the runner-up.


3. Among the top eight teams that did not enter the semi-finals, the teams with better results in the preliminaries will be ranked fifth and sixth.


(2) The open double match will be conducted by Mitchell in the preliminary round and Howell at the 6-table final.


(3) The competition implements the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.


(4) Each pair of players must prepare three copies of the agreed card, one copy to the referee team for record at the time of registration, and two copies to the game table.


9. Admission ranking and rewards:


(1) The top six in the open team competition will be rewarded as follows: champion 8,000 yuan; runner-up 4,000 yuan; third place 3,000 yuan; fourth place 2,000 yuan; fifth place 1,000 yuan; sixth place 800 yuan.


(2) The top six in the open double competition will be rewarded as follows: 800 yuan for the champion; 600 yuan for the runner-up; 500 yuan for the third place; 300 yuan for the 4th-6th place respectively.


10. Registration and check-in:


(1) Registration


1. Registration fee: 500 yuan per team for open team style matches and 100 yuan per pair for open double matches.


2. The registration form of each team must be sent to zhangjh1203@163.com by e-mail before January 22, and there will be no waiting. Contact person and phone number: Zhang Juheng 13014331908.


3. The conference will uniformly arrange board and lodging (four-star), and the board and lodging fee will be 150 yuan per person per day, and the insufficient part will be subsidized by the competition. Non-staff personnel are 240 yuan/day per person.


(2) All participating teams are requested to report to the competition area from 13:00 to 21:00 on January 28. A team leader meeting will be held at 21:30 on the 28th to confirm the final number of participating teams and arrange the schedule. The game started on time at 9:30 on the 29th.
