2010 Anhui Province Bridge Grade Competition Rules

1. Competition time and place:

1. Men's Group A, Group B, will be held at Anqing Electric School from March 3 to March 7, organized by the Anqing City Bridge Association.

2. The Men's Division A Team A Group was held at the Maanshan Maanshan Iron and Steel Hotel from March 17th to March 21st, and was undertaken by Maanshan Iron & Steel Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.

3. The Men's Division B team will be held at the Workers' Cultural Palace in Hefei from April 8th to April 11th, organized by the Provincial Bridge Association.

2. Participants:

③. Men's Division B teams, except for Division A teams, can sign up for the men's and women's teams.

3. Participation method:

1. Each unit can apply for a male and female team, with four to six athletes (athletes must be individual members of the China Bridge Association working in Anhui, and register with membership cards. Players who do not apply for membership cards are not allowed to participate in the competition), One team leader and coach.

2. All participating teams are responsible for their own expenses, and the standard of board and lodging per person per day is one hundred and twenty yuan, and the shortfall will be subsidized by the organizer.

3. Each participating team pays the registration fee of Ba Bai Yuan, the county-level unit pays Lu Bai Yuan (including the 2010 group dues), and the women's team is exempt. Players pay the China Bridge Association 2010 individual membership fee of 30 yuan (exempt from payment).

4. 5. Each pair of players fills out the agreement card in triplicate (copy) and brings it to the arena for reference during the game.

6. Athletes are not allowed to participate in two levels of competition, if found, the team's competition results will be cancelled.

7. Each team should report to the competition area one day before the game. Team A should report to the Maanshan Iron & Steel Hotel; Team A and B should report to Anqing Electric School (No. 19 Hot Circuit); and Team B should report to the Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace. Team leaders meetings will be held at each venue at 7 pm on March 2, 7 pm on March 16, and 10 am on April 8. A A A B game in the morning.

4. Competition method:

1. Each team should implement the principle of "good brand style, sophisticated technology, and fast speed", and confidential appointments and illegal information are strictly prohibited.

2. Adopt the bridge competition rules approved by China Bridge Association and score 25:0.

3. Men's Division A team A group uses a single round-robin system for preliminaries, playing four rounds a day, each round playing 16 cards, 1-4, 6-11 then go to the finals, fifth place relegation, twelfth place Downgrade. The provincial women's team does not participate in relegation.

4. Men's Division A team Group B uses a single round-robin system for preliminaries, playing four rounds a day, each round playing 16 cards. In the finals, the top two will be promoted, 7-12 will go to the single round finals, and the top two will be relegated.

5. The men's second division team decides the competition method according to the number of registered teams. The women's team participates in the men's second division competition to participate in the promotion and rewards with a single score.

6. The last three of the open group A team A group dropped to the B group, the top three of the B group were promoted to the A group, the last six were dropped to the B team, and the top six of the B team were promoted to the A team In Group B, the top three teams of A and A have the right to fight against the provincial training team, and the winner will participate in the national competition next year.

7. According to the regulations of the China Bridge Association documents, each level of the winning team declares the China Bridge Association master points, with an attendance rate of more than 50%, and the provincial master points are awarded in accordance with the provincial bridge association regulations.

5. Rewards:

1. Men's Division A team will be awarded the top three in Group A and the top four in Group B.

2. The men's Division B team and the women's team will determine the award ranking based on the number of participating teams.

6. The arbitration committee, chief referee, and deputy chief referees are appointed by the Provincial Bridge Association, and referees are selected by the organizer.

7. Unfinished matters shall be negotiated at the team leader's meeting.
