Regulations of the 28th "Mountain City Cup" Bridge Ranking Competition

1、 Competition date and place:

1. Class A team: held in Chongqing Chess Academy from the evening of June 17 to 20, 2011. The competition lasts for four days (semifinals and finals will be held on the 20th).

2. Class B team: held in Chongqing Chess Academy from the evening of June 17 to 19, 2011, with a three-day competition period. Two rounds in the evening of Friday (17th), four rounds in each round from 18th to 19th, a total of three days.

2、 Sponsors: Chongqing Chess and Card Sports Management Center, Chongqing Bridge Association.

3、 Organized by: Chongqing Chess Academy.

4、 Participants:

1. Grade A team: the team that won the title of Grade A of "Mountain City Cup" in 2010 and the top four of Grade B team in 2010.

2. Class B Team: All bridge enthusiasts can form teams freely, regardless of region and qualification.

5、 Qualification: Each team is limited to 4-6 people, and one leader and coach. If more than six members of a team play, the team will be disqualified.

6、 Competition:

1. Competition mode:

The competition methods of Class A teams are promulgated in the supplementary provisions.

The second class team adopts the Swiss shift system, with 1 4 pairs of cards in each round and 10 rounds in total. The VP is settled according to the 25:0 formula to accumulate the VP ranking.

2. Rules: China Bridge Competition Rules.

3. Bidding: international bidding system is adopted: "nature", "precision", "orchid plum", "big square", "Rome", etc. Any system designed and compiled by ourselves shall be submitted to the Chief Judge for review before the competition and can only be used after approval.

Class B teams are not allowed to use psychological bidding. Class A teams shall be determined in the supplementary provisions.

4. The participating teams of Grade A teams shall hand in the match agreement card at the team leader meeting before the game. Those who do not hand in the card will be deemed as waivers automatically. Class B teams should prepare their own appointment cards for future reference.

7、 Reward method:

1. The first six teams will be rewarded, 1-12 will be relegated, and 13-16 will be demoted to the second team in 2012.

2. The top 4 of the Grade B team will be promoted to the Grade A team in 2012. At the same time, the winning team will be rewarded according to one fifth of the number of participating teams, and a lucky prize will be given.

3. Both Class A and Class B apply for master points to the China Bridge Association according to the regulations. The Class A team will award the national master points with gold points, and the Class B team will award the national master points with silver points.

8、 Referee: Chongqing Bridge Association will uniformly appoint the chief referee and referee staff.

9、 Registration and registration:

1. Registration: 400 yuan/team for Class A team and 300 yuan/team for Class B team. The registration deadline is 12:00 p.m. on June 14, 2011. 2. Check in:

Class A team will hold a leadership meeting at 19:00 on the evening of June 17. If no one attends the meeting for any reason, the team will deduct 3VP. 19: 25 minutes to the game hall on the 7th floor of the city chess academy. 7: The game starts at 30 minutes.

All Class B teams must be present at 18:15 p.m. on June 17, and the match will start at 18:20 on time. If the time is exceeded, the penalty will be imposed according to relevant regulations. If the time is more than 15 minutes, the team will be punished as a waiver for the first time.

10、 Others:

1. The travel expenses and accommodation arrangements for each team to participate in the competition shall be arranged by each unit. The food allowance standard: 100 yuan per person per day for Class A, 50 yuan per person per day for Class B, according to the provincial competition standard.
