Notice on holding the National Bridge Class A Club Qualification Tournament

Participating clubs:
In order to determine the qualifications for the two Class A clubs in 2022, the National Bridge Class A Club Qualification Competition will be held in Mianyang, Sichuan Province on December 6. The relevant matters of the competition are hereby notified as follows:
1. Eligibility
(1) 2 clubs whose qualifications are suspended for the 2021 Category A Club League. Athletes participating in the above clubs must be replaced, and only one pair of registered players of the club is allowed at most. The replaced players must not be players who have participated in the 2021 National Bridge Class A Club League.
(2) Men's Class A relegation team and Men's Class B promotion team in the 2021 National Bridge Club Championships. No athlete from each of the above teams has participated in the 2021 National Bridge Class A Club League, and no less than 4 athletes with an appearance rate of more than 50% must be retained to participate.
(3) Participating clubs must meet the conditions for registering as a Class A club of the China Bridge Association.
2. Competition method
(1) Except for the 2 suspended clubs, if no other teams sign up, the qualifying match will not be held, and there will be vacancies for 2 Class A clubs in the 2022 league; If there is only one club with suspended qualifications and one other team registering, the qualifying match will be held between the two teams, and only one club quota for A will be generated.
(2) The competition method of the qualifying competition is determined according to the registration situation.
3. Registration
(1) Each club applies for one team to participate in the competition. Each team can apply for a team leader, a coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(2) All clubs must complete the registration on the China Bridge Network competition topic before 17:00 on December 1, and send the electronic version of the registration form to the mailbox of the China Bridge Association.

(3) Please inform the competition area of the room demand at the same time of registration, so as to arrange housing.
(4) Registration fee: 5,000 yuan/team, collected by the organizer, used to subsidize the insufficient funds for the competition, please remit to the designated account after the online registration is approved.

(5) System card
Each participating team must send the Chinese system card and its attached electronic version to ccba@sport.gov.cn at the same time of registration. Teams that have not submitted the system card will not accept their registration. The Chinese Bridge Association will send the received system card to the team that has handed in the system card by email.
(6) According to the "National Bridge Competition Epidemic Prevention and Control Guidelines" and local epidemic prevention requirements, all participants (including team leaders, coaches, athletes, staff, etc.) must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before they can participate, and Implement the "Health Code" green code access system. Athletes from medium- and high-risk areas are not allowed to participate.
(7) According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements of the competition area, all units are requested to register in strict accordance with the requirements of the participation method in the competition regulations, and no overstaffing is allowed.
4. Registration
(1) Referees, arbitration committee members, and competition team staff will report to the competition area on December 4.
(2) Teams should report to the competition area before 14:00 on December 5.
(3) Registration place: Jinshuo Resort Hotel, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province.
(4) When registering, each representative team must submit to the conference the "Certificate of Negative Nucleic Acid Test Within 48 Hours", "Personal Health Commitment Letter" and check that the "Health Code" is green, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate.
(5) After the organizing committee verifies the registration materials, it will arrange for all personnel to undergo nucleic acid testing and sampling in the isolation area. Only when the test results are negative can they participate in the competition. Athletes who fail to report on time are not allowed to enter the arena and participate in the competition until the nucleic acid test results pass.
5. Team leader meeting
The organizing committee will hold a team leader meeting at 20:30 on December 5th. Team leaders are requested to attend on time. The location of the team leader meeting will be notified separately.
6. Accommodation and transportation
(1) Board and lodging
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, board and lodging for this event will be arranged by the organizing committee. All contestants will stay in the designated hotel and have meals at the hotel. The organizing committee arranges the rooms according to the following rules. The venue hotel (Jinshuo Resort Hotel) will give each team six rooms, and the room types will be distributed as evenly as possible. I hope everyone understands. Other personnel that exceed the number of needs can stay in the Sheraton Hotel near the stadium. Each team shall be responsible for their own food and lodging expenses. The Jinshuo Bridge Club provides board and lodging sponsorship at a partial cost. The standards are as follows:
1. Meal fee: 200 yuan/person/day (Jinshuo Hotel buffet)
2. Accommodation
(1) Jinshuo Resort Hotel (Sports Field Hotel): double bed (35 rooms including 70 beds)/big bed (17 rooms including 17 beds) 600 yuan/room; suite (4 sets including 4 beds) 800 yuan/ 1 set; detached guest room with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 double bed, 12 beds in total), 1800 yuan per building in total;
(2) Sheraton Hotel (3.3 kilometers away from the stadium hotel, 6 minutes by car): 652 yuan per room with breakfast included for twin beds, 658 yuan per room with breakfast included for double bed, and 1333 yuan per room for suite with breakfast included.

(2) Transportation
1. From Mianyang Nanjiao Airport to Xianhai Jinshuo Resort Hotel, it costs about 60 yuan by taxi.
2. Take the high-speed rail from Mianyang Station to Xianhai Jinshuo Resort Hotel, about 50 yuan by taxi.
