1. Competition Items: Open Group Team Competition

2. Division of participating units and competition areas:

1. Jiangnan Division: Wuhu City, Maanshan City, Tongling City, Xuancheng City, Huangshan City, Chizhou City.

2. Jianghuai competition area: Hefei City, Anqing City, Chaohu City, Chuzhou City, provincial government agencies.

3. Huaibei Division: Suzhou City, Huaibei City, Huainan City, Bengbu City, Fuyang City.

3. Competition time, venue and organizer:

1. The Jiangnan competition area is scheduled to be held at Century Resort in Xuancheng City (3 kilometers west of Xuancheng Bus Station) from August 5th to 7th, and will be organized by the Xuancheng Bridge Association.

2. The Huaibei competition area is scheduled to be held at the Emerald Pearl Hotel in Suixi County, Huaibei from August 12th to 14th, and will be organized by the Huaibei Bridge Association.

3. The Jianghuai competition area is scheduled to be held at the Anqing Hotel in Anqing City (city center, Renmin Road) from September 9 to 11, and will be organized by the Anqing Bridge Association.

4. The final is scheduled to be held at the Maanshan Iron and Steel Hotel from October 13th to 16th, and will be hosted by the Bridge Club on the first floor of Ma'anshan Caishi.

4. How to participate:

1. Divided according to the competition area, all departments and bureaus directly under the province, cities, counties, and major enterprises and institutions can sign up to participate. Each city can form 2-5 representative teams to participate.

2. Each team can report 4-6 athletes (male or female), and the athletes must be members of the Chinese Bridge Association. One team leader and one coach.

3. All the expenses of each participating team shall be borne by themselves, and each person shall pay 140 yuan for board and lodging per day. Units that have not paid the 2011 Anhui Provincial Bridge Association group membership fee shall pay a group membership fee of 500 yuan.

4. Each pair of players fills out the contract card in duplicate (copy), and brings it to the arena for reference during the game.

5. Competition method:

1. Carry out the rules of Chinese bridge competition and score according to 25:0.

2. Conscientiously implement the principle of "good brand style, sophisticated technology, and fast speed", and strictly prohibit secret contracts.

3. Each competition area can decide the competition method according to the number of registered teams. Xuancheng City and Anqing City report on Friday morning and compete in the afternoon; Huaibei City register on Friday afternoon and compete in the evening.

4. The top 5 in Xuancheng, Anqing, the top 4 in Huaibei, and 2 in Mobility will participate in the final.

5. After the competition in each competition area, the results of the competition and the appearance rate of the players will be reported to the Provincial Bridge Association, and the Provincial Bridge Association will be given master points and the China Bridge Association will be declared for master points.

6. The chief referee and referees are selected by each competition area, and the chief referee for the final is selected by the Provincial Bridge Association.

6. Registration and registration:

1. Each participating team should register with the competition area three days before the competition. Xuancheng competition area should report to Zhou Guoqing (18956301712); Huaibei competition area should report to Sun Zhongguo (15956127664); Anqing competition area should report to Xia Shouxin (13955602709).

2. On the morning of August 5th in Xuancheng Division and in the morning of September 9th in Anqing Division, a team leader meeting will be held at the venue at 11:00. The Huaibei competition area will report in the afternoon of August 12, and a team leader meeting will be held at the stadium at 17:00.

3. All teams participating in the finals should send their names to Provincial Bridge Association Xing Weimin (13956958253) and Yin Chuan (13856906088) by text message before October 8.

4. Each team should report to Magang Hotel before 11:00 am on October 13, and hold a team leadership meeting at the stadium at 11:10. Contact person: Zhang Jitong 15255523029

6. Admission rankings and rewards.

1. Each competition area in the preliminaries can give rewards according to the situation, which is decided by the organizer.

2. The top six in the final will be rewarded.

3. The players who participated in the final and won the ranking declare the master points of the Chinese Bridge Association and the Provincial Bridge Association.

7. Unfinished matters shall be negotiated by the Provincial Bridge Association and the organizer, and the competition area may be agreed at the team leader meeting.
