Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Epidemics in National Bridge Games

In order to implement the relevant spirit of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the resumption of work and production, and support the gradual restoration of bridge events in a scientific, safe and orderly manner under the conditions of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, according to the "Scientific and Orderly Resumption of Sports Events and Activities" by the State Sports General Administration This guide is formulated in accordance with the requirements of the "Work Plan for Promoting the Resumption of Work and Production in the Sports Industry" and the characteristics of the bridge project.


1. General principles


(1) Adhere to the "normalization of epidemic prevention and control". Bridge is a non-physical sport, but due to the high density of competition personnel, the closed space of the competition field, and the frequent replacement and contact of competition equipment and cards, it brings disadvantages to the prevention and control of the epidemic. Relevant personnel participating in the event (including but not limited to event organizers, staff, participating teams, etc.) should still attach great importance to epidemic prevention and control, strictly abide by and implement relevant regulations and requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and hold the event under the premise of ensuring safety And participate.


(2) Adhere to gradual progress and orderly recovery. According to the actual needs of bridge project development, combined with the situation of epidemic prevention and control, we have focused and planned to gradually resume national bridge events, actively encourage low-risk areas to host high-quality events, develop regional event brands, and continue to adhere to the network, online and offline integration, etc. Organize various competitions and activities in various ways.


(3) Adhere to the principle of territorial management. Before the event is held, the permit must be obtained from the relevant local government department, and the event must be carried out under the premise of complying with the relevant requirements of the local epidemic prevention and control department.


(4) Adhere to "one case, one report". Event organizers must strictly implement various requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and formulate strict epidemic prevention and control work plans and emergency plans in accordance with the requirements of "one event, one plan".


2. Scope of application


The bridge event referred to in this guide refers to a national bridge event sponsored, participated in, or supported by the China Bridge Association. Bridge events held in various places can be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations of this guide.


3. Specific requirements for the competition


In addition to complying with the regular competition requirements, the organizer shall also comply with the following requirements during the organization of the competition:


(1) Strengthen joint prevention and control.


1. The organizer must effectively assume the main responsibility, rely closely on the leadership of the people's government of the host area, and strictly follow the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, coordinate the sports, health, and public security departments to establish event risk research and judgment, program review, and emergency response To improve the epidemic prevention and control measures of related venues, hotels, restaurants, transportation and personnel, and organize special training and drills before the game.


2. Event organizers must set up a special working group for epidemic prevention and control to coordinate and manage all matters related to epidemic prevention and control.


3. The event organizer must sign the event epidemic prevention and control responsibility letter with the organizer, and add relevant content of epidemic prevention and control to the hosting agreement.


(2) Strengthen personnel management and control.


1. Carry out risk assessment and real-name management for all participants. The "health code" green code access system is implemented, and athletes in high-risk areas can determine whether they can participate in the competition according to the requirements of the local government.


2. To achieve full coverage of nucleic acid testing, all event organization staff and participants should hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within one week to participate.


3. During the game, perform temperature testing and information registration for all relevant personnel entering the arena.


4. Strengthen daily health status monitoring, and make necessary declarations or registrations according to relevant territorial requirements.


(3) Optimize event organization and reduce personnel density.


1. Reduce the density of people in the venue by controlling the scale of the competition and optimizing the competition schedule.


2. Increase the spacing between the tables. In principle, the spacing between the tables in each direction is not less than 2 meters, and the average area of each table is not less than 20 square meters.


3. Reduce the density of race shuttle bus passengers and restaurant diners.


4. Minimize the number of meetings with a large number of participants or replace them with video conferences.


5. Strict management of the arena and do not accept spectators entering the arena to watch the game.


6. Simplify the opening and closing ceremonies, award ceremonies and other events, reduce crowd gathering, and rationally plan the flow of personnel.


(4) Strengthen environmental sanitation


1. Thoroughly clean the field environment and air conditioning system to ensure air circulation.


2. Ensure the normal operation of hand washing facilities, standardize garbage collection and treatment, set up mask recycling bins in public areas, and regularly carry out preventive disinfection.


3. All functional areas and other public places are fully disinfected on time, leaving no dead ends.


4. Increase the interval between race rounds, and allow sufficient time for ventilation and disinfection of the stadium.


(5) Increase protection


1. According to the scale of events and activities, the characteristics of the project, and the density of the crowd, the organizer shall be equipped with a sufficient number of medical staff and protective materials, and provide relevant personnel with personal protection, disinfection procedures, temperature measurement registration, abnormal situation handling and other training to ensure that each The prevention and control measures have been implemented.


2. Inquiries at the poker table should be answered by pen and written, and language communication is prohibited.


3. As far as possible, the corresponding game cards should be pre-issued according to the scale of the game. In principle, the cards for multiple games should not be passed and used repeatedly in the same game.


4. The cards and recorders for each game must be disinfected in time before and after use.


5. The bidding box, paper and pen for the game are exclusively for special persons, and they are taken to the next table during the round.


(6) Strengthen emergency response


1. The organizer of the event shall formulate emergency response plans and maintain close contact with health, disease control and other departments. Once a person with fever or other symptoms is found, the emergency plan shall be activated immediately.


2. Make sure that there is an area to isolate people with abnormal body temperature near the stadium.


3. During the competition, if any suspicious phenomenon involving the epidemic occurs, it must be “double-reported” to the relevant local authorities and the organizer in time and immediately take measures in accordance with the plan.


4. Participation requirements


In addition to complying with the regular entry regulations, participating athletes and sports teams should also comply with the following requirements:


(1) Athletes from high-risk areas shall determine whether they can participate in the competition according to the requirements of the local government.


(2) Participants should prepare a negative certificate of nucleic acid test locally in advance as required.


(3) Each participating unit and individual must sign a responsibility letter for the epidemic prevention and control of the event with the organizing committee and promise the authenticity of all information provided.


(4) During the competition, athletes consciously maintain social distancing from others, wear masks throughout the game, try to avoid verbal communication, and do not touch other people's cards.


(5) During the competition, each sports team shall strictly follow the organizing committee's epidemic prevention requirements, observe the organizing committee's boarding and lodging arrangements, and shall not go out at will or gather for dinner. During the meal, reduce or avoid heated arguments.


(6) Each participating unit and individual should prepare their own necessary protective materials.
