For this reason, the 2009 Spring Festival Cup Bridge Competition jointly organized by the People’s Government of Yanting County and the Mianyang Bridge Association will be held in Mianyang from January 16 to 18. The specific matters are notified as follows:

1. Competition time and place:


  The game was held from January 16, 2009 (5:30 pm) to January 18 at Huanhua Hotel, the base of 827 troops, located at No.278, West Section of Jianmen Road.


2. Registration and registration:


    Registration: All participating teams must register with the conference before January 15 (Report at Tong Office: Tel 13990119789 or Ms. Liu 13508110707).


    Registration: Registration at the venue and drawing lots before 5:30 pm on January 16th. Each team is required to pay 300 yuan for the competition.


3. Competition rules:


    This competition is an open team competition, divided into two stages of pre-finals.


    Preliminaries: 8 rounds of Swiss shifts, each round playing 12 pairs regardless of quarters, ranked by VP, the top eight enter the final (because the sponsoring team of this game automatically enters the quarter-finals, if its preliminaries do not enter the top eight , Then take the top seven).


    Knockout: 24 pairs per round divided into upper and lower quarters


    Final: 32 pairs are divided into upper and lower quarters.


Play-offs: The preliminary results are cleared, and the preliminary results will not be taken into the subsequent Swiss shift. The teams that have not made the top eight and the quarter-final losers will compete in four rounds in Switzerland to determine five to eight.


4. Rewards:


    The top eight awards for this competition.


The first place will receive a cash prize of 3,000 yuan;


The second place will receive a cash prize of 1,500 yuan;


The third place will receive a cash prize of 1,000 yuan;


The fourth place will receive a cash prize of 800 yuan;


The fifth place will receive a cash prize of 600 yuan


The sixth place will receive a cash prize of 400 yuan.


The seventh place will receive a cash prize of 300 yuan.


The eighth place will receive a cash prize of 200 yuan.

The preliminary round (Swiss shift) has 8 rounds with 12 decks of cards in each round.


On the afternoon of January 16th, the first round 17:30-19:00;


           Second round 19:15-20:45 minutes


           The third round 21:00-22:15 points


    On the morning of January 17th, the fourth round of 8.30-10:00;


              5th round 10:15-11:45 minutes


          13:00-14:30 in the sixth round in the afternoon;


              The seventh round 14:45-16:45 points;


              The eighth round 17:00-19:00.


  After the eight rounds of preliminaries, the top eight teams will start the quarter game (24 decks) at 20:00 that night. The winner entered the competition for the top four, and the loser and the teams that did not enter the top eight continued the Swiss shift competition on the morning of the 18th to compete for five to eight places.


9:00-12:00 on the morning of January 18, half of the game (24 decks);


            9:00-11:00 Swiss Shift Game


       13:00-16:00 pm The top four finalists (32 decks);


           12:30-17:00 points Five to eight are decided in the Swiss shift match.
