The Haiyan County People's Government and the Zhejiang Bridge Association decided to jointly hold a bridge invitational tournament. The competition rules are as follows:
1. Organizers and organizers

Second, the form of the game and the guests
Competition form: Open team competition. Invited guests: the bridges of the cities (counties, districts) and the individual friendship city bridges in the Hangzhou Bay area.

Time: May 9-11, 2008
Venue: National AAAA Scenic Area - Haiyan Nanbei Lake Scenic Area Jinniushan Hotel
Fourth, the game method:
(1) Qualifying: Adopting Swiss shifting system, 5 rounds of competition, 16 decks per round, ranking by VP, taking the top 8 into the knockout, and the other teams entering the next stage of the Swiss competition. The right of the host: This host is the Haiyan team. If you have not entered the top eight of qualifying, keep the eighth position. If you enter 5-8 in qualifying, you will be determined to be the fourth.
(2) Elimination:
Enter the competition in the qualifying position.
1, 1-4, 2-3, 5-8, 6-7 for the knockout, the number of cards is 20.
2, 1-4, 2-3 win team to participate in the championship and runner-up finals. 5-8, 6-7 negative team returned to the Swiss game. The final number of the championship and runner-up is 24, divided into the first half.
3, 1-4 negative against 6-7 winners, 2-3 negative against 5-8 winners, the number of cards is 24. The two teams will decide three or four according to the qualifying rankings. The two teams will decide five or six according to the qualifying rankings.

V. Competition procedures:
(1) Match cards: The game uses computer licensing and computer credits.
(2) At the end of each round of competition, each team must check the results of the match in time after receiving the score sheet. If there is any doubt, immediately ask the opponent team to confirm and report the modification to the scoreboard within 5 minutes.
(3) Time for competition: 12 pairs (90 minutes); 16 pairs (120 minutes); 20 pairs (160 minutes); 24 pairs (190 minutes).
6. The method for determining the ranking when the points are the same:
(1) Qualifying and Swiss Tour: Compare the IMP rate and TP rate of the same team in all competitions in turn, the highest is listed. Still the same lottery decision.
(2) Elimination: Compare the TP of the same team, the high is listed. Still the same lottery decision.
(3) Finals and play-offs: Compare the TPs of the same team, the top of the high. Still the same plus 1 deck to decide the outcome.

Eight, the cost of the game
1. Each team pays a registration fee of 200 yuan, and the transportation and accommodation expenses are self-care.
2. The expenses of the participating athletes, scenic spot tickets and competition bonuses are all borne by the organizer.
3, bonus settings
The top 6 in the open team competition: the first place is 5,000 yuan, the second place is 2,500 yuan, and the third place is 1,500 yuan.
The fourth to sixth places are 1,200 yuan, 1,000 yuan, and 800 yuan respectively.
The top two in Switzerland, the prizes are: 800 yuan, 500 yuan.
Each winning team in the second and third rounds of the Swiss tournament will receive a bonus of 100 yuan.
9. Registration and registration
1. Each city or county (district) that receives the invitation can report a team, and each team is limited to 4-6 (including the leader and coach).
