Rules for the Bridge (Middle School Students) Competition of the First Shanghai Student Games

4. Competition date and location:


(1) Contest date: September 29 to September 30, 2008


(2) Location: Shanghai Wusong Middle School 99 Taihe Road, Shanghai


5. Participating units: all districts and counties of this city


6. Competition groups and projects:


(1) Competition group:


1. High school group (born from September 1, 1990 to August 31, 1993)


2. Junior high school group (born from September 1, 1993 to August 31, 1997)


(2) Competition item: Open team competition


7. Participation method:


(1) The qualifications of athletes shall be implemented in accordance with the general rules of the 2008 Shanghai Student Games Competition;


(2) Number of applicants: Each unit can apply for 1 team leader (and coach), high school and junior high school group C can each apply for an alliance or school team,


      6 athletes per team;


(3) Allied team athletes must be registered students in the district or county, and school team athletes must be registered in the same school in the district county


      School students


(4) Registration: The first time for registration is from June 20 to June 25, and the event will be reported first; the second time for registration is September 5


Until September 10, report the list of athletes.


8. Competition method:


(1) Junior High School Open Group:


1. A group of double round robin matches, a total of 14 rounds, 8 decks of cards in each round, using the 25:0V.P table;


2. The team numbers of the second round are arranged according to the ranking of the first round, and the home and away teams are exchanged;


3. Round-robin matches are divided into main by field and V.P as auxiliary; 15:15V.P, field is divided into 1:1; 16:14V.P, field is divided into


   1.5:0.5; 17:13V.P, the field is divided into 2:0. If the V.P is equal, compare all I.M.P scores, the higher is the name


   Ranked first.


(2) High School Open Group:


1. A group of double round robin matches, a total of ten rounds, each round with 12 decks of cards, using the 25:0V.P table;


2. The team numbers of the second round are arranged according to the ranking of the first round, and the home and away teams are exchanged;


3. Round-robin matches are divided into main by field and V.P as auxiliary; 15:15V.P, field is divided into 1:1; 16:14V.P, field is divided into


   1.5:0.5; 17:13V.P, the field is divided into 2:0. If the V.P is equal, compare all I.M.P scores, the higher is the name


   Ranked first.


(3) Adopt the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and the "China Bridge Association Duplex" promulgated in 2006


      Contracted Bridge Judgement (Trial)."


(4) The competition team and the chief referee preside over the grouping, drawing and arrangement.


(5) Each pair of contestants must fill in the Chinese bidding agreement card in detail, and those without a card agreement are not allowed to participate.


(6) Athletes participate in the competition with the uniformly formulated entry certificate for this Games.


9. Admission ranking, card counting, scoring and reward methods:
