Notice on the resumption of the 2021 "Wen Tianxia Cup" National Bridge Open

The 2021 "Wen Tianxia Cup" National Bridge Open will be resumed in the near future. The relevant work of the event is hereby notified as follows:

1. Competition date and location

It will be held on the third floor of Shanghai International Sourcing Convention and Exhibition Center (No. 2739 Guangfu West Road) from October 24 to 26, 2021, Putuo District, Shanghai.

2. Registration and check-in

(1) Registration

1. According to the previous event notifications, all teams that retain the registration fee in August will automatically get the quota for this competition. For details, please refer to the special topic of China Bridge.com.

2. The competition is limited to 80 teams. For the remaining places, each team will register on China Bridge.com, and send the contact phone number and email information of the team leader to the contact email. Email address: kurttuu84@foxmail.com

3. Deadline for registration: October 9, 2021 at 16:00.

5. Registration fee: RMB 2,000 per team for the open team competition, collected by the organizer. All teams are requested to remit to the bank account designated by the organizing committee when registering. Registration is invalid if the registration fee is not paid.

Note: Please be sure to indicate the name of the participating team when registering for the remittance. The registration review that does not indicate the name of the participating team will not be passed.

(2) Registration

1. Players who have lived in high-risk areas in China within 14 days before the game are strictly prohibited from participating. Each team is requested to carefully check the itinerary of the team members according to the epidemic prevention itinerary card in the "Mini Program of the State Council". Athletes’ itinerary cards are red or yellow, and the organizing committee reserves the right to deny them access to the hotel and stadium area.

2. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, all athletes and referees need to submit a nucleic acid negative test report within 5 days before the registration date, and sign the "Health and Safety Responsibility Commitment" and submit it to the competition organizing committee at the time of registration. For teams and individuals who cannot submit nucleic acid test reports, the organizing committee has the right to refuse their participation. All personnel (including local participating players) must immediately participate in the nucleic acid test organized by the local epidemic prevention department (the cost of the second test will be borne by the organizing committee) after arriving at the competition area. Nucleic acid test results are negative before they can stay in the reserved hotel to participate in the competition.

3. Check in

(1) Time: October 23, 10:00-18:00

(2) Location: Shanghai Crystal Orange Hotel Changfeng Business District Store (No. 2, Lane 46, Luding Road, Putuo District)

 (3) On-site nucleic acid testing is performed when registering. Please be sure to report by yourself. All participation certificates cannot be obtained on your behalf. After the test, please do not go out at will, and wait for the test result.

3. Board and lodging

(1) According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the board and lodging of this event will be arranged by the organizing committee. All participants (including local teams) will stay at the designated hotel. Those who do not stay at the designated hotel are not allowed to participate in the competition. All participating teams are responsible for their own board and lodging expenses.

Price: 480 yuan/day for a double bed room, 500 yuan/day for a standard room, including breakfast.

2. Shanghai Crystal Orange Hotel Changfeng Business District (No. 2, Alley 46, Luding Road, Putuo District), 600 meters from the stadium, 8 minutes' walk.

Price: 500 yuan/day for a double bed room and 520 yuan/day for a deluxe twin room, both including breakfast.

Dinner can be booked at the hotel where you are staying. The hotel provides dinner for lunch, buffet style, 88 yuan/person (tax included), please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance according to the itinerary. (2) Due to various activities held after the resumption of work and production, hotel prices have changed slightly from before, and the number of ordinary room types has been reduced. The total amount can guarantee the demand of participating teams, and the prices of other room types will also be lower than market prices.

(3) All participating athletes should book meals provided by the venue and hotels as required, at their own expense.

Four, traffic

(1) Shanghai Hongqiao Airport/Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station (about 14 kilometers to the check-in location)

1. You can take Metro Line 2 and get off at Weining Road Station, then change to a taxi for about 20 yuan.

2. Take a taxi about 50 yuan.

(2) Shanghai Pudong Airport (approximately 55 kilometers to check-in)

1. Take the second airport bus and get off at Jing'an Temple Station, then change to a taxi for about 25 yuan.

2. Get off at Weining Road Station on Metro Line 2 and take a taxi for about 20 yuan.

Five, other

(1) Participants must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth).

(2) Matters not covered will be notified separately.
