Supplementary Notice for 2010 National Large Enterprise Bridge Tournament

The 2010 National Big Enterprise Bridge Tournament will be held in Emeishan City, Sichuan Province from April 20th to 25th. The supplementary notice of the competition-related matters is as follows:

1. Registration

(1) Registration unit: All large and medium-sized enterprises can register to participate in the competition.

(2) Participating athletes: Each company can register for 1 team to participate. Each team can report one leader, one coach, and 4-6 athletes. In each team of athletes, no more than 2 players have participated in the National Bridge A Club League in 2009 and 2010 (female athletes are not restricted).

(3) The participating teams must report the registration form (Annex 1) to the China Bridge Association and the Emeishan Culture and Sports Bureau each before March 31. Overdue will be considered as a waiver.

(4) Registration fee: RMB 1,000 per team for the open team competition, which shall be mailed to the address or account designated by the competition area when registering, otherwise the registration will not be accepted. The additional registration fee for the double match is 100 yuan/pair.

Two, check in

(1) Referees and arbitration committee members report on April 18.

(2) The participating teams report on April 19.

(3) Registration (competition) location: Huasheng Hotel, Emeishan City.

3. Board and lodging

Board and lodging are arranged by the conference, and the expenses of each participating team shall be borne by themselves. Boarding and lodging will be arranged at Huasheng Hotel in Emeishan City.

(1) Accommodation standard (see Annex 2 for details), book a room when registering.

(2) Meal standard: buffet, 80 yuan/person/day.

Four, traffic

(1) From Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, take a local transportation vehicle or taxi to Chengdu North Railway Station or Chengdu Xinnanmen Station and transfer to a train or bus;

(2) It takes approximately 2 hours from Chengdu North Railway Station to Emeishan Railway Station, and approximately 2 hours from Chengdu Xinnanmen Long-distance Bus Station (every 15 minutes) to Emeishan Passenger Transport Center Station;

(3) From Emei Railway Station or Passenger Transport Center Station, you can take a taxi directly to the check-in location (approximately 3 kilometers, 10 yuan);

(4) Emei Railway Station can be reached directly from Beijing to Panzhihua and from Xi'an to Kunming.
