7. Eligibility:

1. The city and industry sports associations will form a team to register for the competition. The number of places is not limited (the best score is admitted).

2. Contestants can only compete on behalf of the city where their account is located. Players who communicate across regions need to report the exchange agreement to the Liaoning Provincial Sports Federation before the game.

3. Each participating unit can apply for 1 team leader, 1 coach, and 6 athletes. Overnumbering is strictly prohibited.

8. Competition method:

1. Open Team Tournament

Using the Swiss shift system, there are 7 rounds, and 16 decks of cards are played in each round. Ranked by VP. When the VPs are the same, the ranking will be determined according to the referee law.

2. Open Doubles

The method of competition will be determined according to the registration situation.

9. Referee and Arbitration: The chief referee and arbitration shall be appointed by the organizer. Referees are hired by the organizer.

10. Admission ranking and awards:

1. This competition was held at the same time as the bridge game of the 11th Liaoning Provincial Games and the 2010 Liaoning Bridge Championship.

2. The bridge game of the 11th Liaoning Provincial Games: The top 6 teams in the open team competition and the open double competition (take the best teams from each city) will be awarded the medals and achievement certificates of the 11th Liaoning Provincial Games.

3. 2010 Liaoning Provincial Bridge Championships: The top 6 winners will be admitted to the open team competition and open double competition according to their results. Awarded medals and achievement certificates of Liaoning Provincial Sports Bureau.

         Special reminder: 1. Teams without the stamps of the municipal sports bureaus or sports associations cannot participate in the ranking of the provincial games

                   2. Teams with players from other cities but no exchange agreement cannot participate in the ranking of the Provincial Games

2. Registration fee for team competition: RMB 500 per team.

3. Each team should report on the day before the game. Check-in location: Shenyang Shentie Hotel, Building A (No. 102, Beizhan Road, Shenhe District, Shenyang City, the main building of Shenyang North Railway Station).

4. A meeting of team leaders, coaches and referees will be held at 19:30 on April 30.

5. Each team is responsible for its own expenses. The conference will assist in arranging room and board. The standard of room and board: 130 yuan per person per day.
