Competition Regulations of the 3rd "1+8" Wuhan City Circle Bridge Tournament

Competition rules

1. Organizer: Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau

2. Organizer: Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau Chess and Card Sports Management Center

                              Hubei Bridge Association Wuhan Bridge Association

3. Co-organizers: Xiaogan Bridge Association Hubei Hanguang Technology Co., Ltd.

4. Competition Date: May 27-30, 2010

Venue: Xiaogan Hotel, Xiaogan City

5. Competition items: team competition and double competition

6. Participating units: "1+8" cities affiliated to Wuhan city circle form a team to participate

7. Participation method:

(1) Each team can report 1 leader (or coach) and 4-6 athletes;

(2) Each team can apply for 2 pairs to participate in the double competition

(3) All athletes participating in this competition should be citizens of the city.

8. Competition method:

1. Team competition: Single round robin system, 16 decks per round, ranking based on VP cumulative ranking

2. Adopt the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association in 1999;

3. The referee presides over the drawing of lots

4. Each pair of contestants should bring a contract card in 3 copies, and submit 1 copy to the competition team of the conference for record at the time of registration;

5. Double competition: The competition system depends on the registration situation.

9. Admission ranking and awards

(1) The top five in the team competition

(2) The top six in the double competition

(3) The scoring method and reward method for the implementation of the general regulations.

(4) The top eight scores of this event will be used as the scoring basis for the group rankings of the cities, states, cities under direct management and forest areas in the year-end "Fashion Holiday" sports events.

X. Registration and Registration

(1) The deadline for registration is May 20

(2) Registration: The referee and each team will report to the competition area on the same day.

(3) Each team will be responsible for the cost of board and lodging, accidental injury insurance during the competition, etc.

11. Referee

The chief referee and referees are assigned by the Hubei Provincial Chess and Card Sports Management Center.

12. Set up an arbitration committee whose duties shall be implemented in accordance with the "Arbitration Commission Regulations"
