Competition Regulations of the 27th Shancheng Cup Bridge Tournament in Chongqing

        1. Competition period and venue:


        1. The First Class Tournament: June 10-13, 2010, held in Chongqing Chess Academy. Four days of competition.


         2. The second-level competition: From the evening of June 11th to 13th, 2010, it was held at the Chongqing Chess Academy. There are two rounds in the evening on Friday (11th), four rounds on Saturday and four rounds on Sunday, a total of three days.


 2. Organizers: Chongqing Chess and Card Sports Management Center, Chongqing Bridge Association.

        3. Organizer: Chongqing Chess Academy.


        4. Participating units:


        1. Qualifications for the first-class team: The team that won the title of the “Shancheng Cup” first-class team in 2009 and the top four of the second-class team in 2009: High-tech Sunshine Wanzhou District Team Prospect School Petroleum South Management Center Wanzhou District Education Commission Qijiang Education Commission City Land and Housing Management Bureau Siyou Team Kangtian Real Estate Pharmaceutical Design Institute Chongqing Jiaotong University Weimin Bridge Club Bridge Tea Blindly Yuzhong Education Commission High-standard Construction Yuechi Finance Bureau


        2. Second-level teams: There is no limit to the number of places, and teams can participate freely.


        5. Participation method: All participating teams can form mixed teams, each team can only play six people, if more than six people play, the team will be disqualified.


        6. Competition method:


         1. The competition methods of the first-level teams are promulgated in the supplementary regulations.


         2. The second-level team adopts the Swiss shift system, with 16 decks of cards in each round, a total of 10 rounds, and the VP is settled according to the 25:0 formula.


         3. Rules: The rules of Chinese bridge competition are adopted.

         4. Bidding: The international general bidding system is adopted: "Natural", "Precise", "Orchid and Plum Blossom", "Big Diamond", "Rome" and so on. Second-tier teams are not allowed to use psychological bidding.

         5. When each team signs up, please ask for the match contract card, which must be submitted to the referee team for review before the match.

        7. Rewards:

         1. Class A: The top six will be rewarded; the 1-12 will retain the title of the Class A team; after the 13th place will be demoted to the Class B team.

         2. Class B: The top four teams will be promoted to Class A teams in 2011; at the same time, the winning teams will be rewarded according to the ratio of one-fifth of the total number of participating teams, and a lucky prize will be set.

         8. Referee: Chief referee, the referee is hired by the Municipal Bridge Association.


        9. Registration and registration for the first-level competition:


        1. The registration deadline is at 12:00 noon on June 4th. If you do not register within the time limit, it will be regarded as a waiver. The vacancy will be filled by the Municipal Bridge Association according to the regulations. Tel: 023-63863115.


        2. The team leader meeting will be held at 4:00 pm on June 9th, and 3VP will be deducted for those who are not present.


        3. Registration: At 8:20 am on June 10, enter the competition hall on the 5th floor of the City Chess Academy on time. The race starts at 8:30.


        10. Registration and registration for Class B competition:


1. The deadline for registration is 12:00 noon on June 4th. Each team is limited to 4-6 players and 1 team leader and coach. You can also register by phone (Tel 63863115 Fax 63854707), otherwise you will not be allowed to participate. When registering, each team should pay a registration fee of 300 yuan. Please ask for an appointment card, and each pair will be in triplicate.

2. Teams must be present at 18:15 pm on June 11th, and the game will start at 18:30 on time. Overtime will be punished according to relevant regulations, and the first time it exceeds 15 minutes will be abstained.

        Eleven, other:


        1. The travel expenses and room and board arrangements for each team participating in the competition shall be arranged by each unit. The food subsidy standard is 50 yuan per person per day for the municipal competition and will be reimbursed by the unit.
