1. Competition time and place:

From August 13th to 17th, 2010, it was held in Ningxia Library, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. (Address: East Square Road, Jinfeng District, Yinchuan City)

2. Organizer:

Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Sports Bureau, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Sports Federation, Ningxia Bridge Association

3. Competition items:

     Open Team, Women's Team, Open Doubles, Women's Doubles, Celebrity Doubles

4. Participating units:

1. Each of the five northwestern provinces and capital cities can apply for a male and female team.

2. The organizer may invite other teams according to the situation.

3. Each team can report one leader and one coach, and 4-6 players

4. Under the premise of ensuring the participation of the five northwestern provinces and the inviting units, the organizer shall control the participating units within four. In order to ensure that the number of participating teams is an even number, the organizer may add another participating team, but the teams entering the final shall not be allowed to participate. more than two.

5. Competition method:

1. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" (1999 edition) and the 2006 "Chinese Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judgment Law (Trial)" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.

2. The open team competition is divided into two stages: the preliminaries and the finals. The preliminaries adopt a single round-robin, with 12 decks of cards played in each round, and the ranking of the preliminaries will be determined according to the accumulated VP; the top four in the preliminaries will enter the finals. The final adopts the elimination system, with 24 decks of cards played in each round, divided into two halves.

3. The women's team competition adopts a double cycle. The number of cards in each round is determined according to the number of teams. The accumulated VP determines the ranking.

4. The open double competition is divided into preliminaries and finals. The preliminaries and finals are based on the Mitchell system. The top six from the north-south, east-west and east-west preliminaries of the open group doubles will advance to the finals. The teams participating in the finals in the open group are allowed two pairs of players to automatically enter the finals. The host can send no more than two pairs of leaders above the vice-president of the association to enter the finals.

5. The preliminaries of the women's doubles competition shall adopt the Mitchell system, and eight pairs of players from the top four from the north, south and east and west shall enter the finals, and the finals shall adopt the Howell system.

6. Leaders above the vice-chairman of each association in the Celebrity Double Competition are limited to one pair, using the Mitchell competition system.

6. Admission ranking:

(1) The top three teams will be admitted to both the team competition and the double competition. Trophies, medals, certificates and bonuses will be awarded to the top three teams in the team competition; medals and bonuses will be awarded to the top three teams in the double competition.

(2) Set up the "Sportsmanship Award". Three teams will be selected in the open group and two teams will be selected in the women's group, and the "Sportsmanship Award" trophies will be awarded respectively.

(3) The competition shall apply to the Chinese Bridge Association for master points according to the regulations.

7. Registration method:
