1. Registration time: August 12, 2010.

Registration location: Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Library (the autonomous region library is located at No. 8 East People's Square Road, Yinchuan City, and the office of Ningxia Bridge Association is located in the intellectual activity room of the library — 4047, 1st floor).

Venue: Ningxia Shahu Holiday Hotel (Shahu Scenic Spot, Pingluo County, Ningxia)

Since the venue is far away from the urban area of Yinchuan (about 50 kilometers), the conference affairs team will organize a unified transportation to go there. All participating teams are requested to drive on time according to regulations. The travel times are:

The first bus 9:30 The second bus 16:00 The third bus 20:00

1. For those who take the train, please take the No. 301 bus at the railway station and get off at the People's Square (i.e. the Autonomous Region Library) stop. You can also take a taxi directly to the library.

(The journey distance is 6 kilometers, and the bus time is about 35 minutes)

2. For those who take the plane, please take the airport bus to the Civil Aviation Building at the airport, transfer to bus No. 102 and 101 and get off at People's Square.

(Hedong Airport - Civil Aviation Building about 22 kilometers, Civil Aviation Building - People's Square about 8 kilometers, about 80 minutes by bus)

3. Those who drive by themselves can directly arrive at the Holiday Inn Ningxia Shahu Scenic Area from the expressway for registration, please contact the conference affairs team in advance).

2. Charging method

Each person receives 200 yuan per day for board and lodging, which will be paid in one lump sum when registering for the competition.

3. On August 12, 2010, at 8:50 pm, a team leader meeting was held in the No. 3 conference room of the Shahu Holiday Hotel, and each team handed in the contract card and the double match list at the same time.

4. At 8:30 p.m. on August 14, 2010, a meeting of the secretary-general of the five northwestern provinces was held in the conference room No. 3 of the Shahu Holiday Hotel.

5. The weather in Ningxia is suitable in August, but the daily temperature difference is large. Please pay attention to the local weather forecast of the competition venue.

6. Breakfast time: 7:00-8:00

    Lunch time: 12:30-13:30

Dinner time: 18:30-19:30
