The selection and formation of the Wuhan Men's Bridge Training Team is hereby notified as follows:

one. time and place:

From October 2nd to 6th, 2010, it was held at the Wuhan Bridge Association, Xinhua Road, Hankou.

two. Selection Method and Eligibility:

(1) Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" and "Chinese Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judgment Law (Trial)" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.

(2) Anyone who works or lives in Wuhan can sign up to participate. Partners can be combined by themselves and cannot be changed during the game.

(3) The trials are divided into three stages: preliminaries, semi-finals and finals.

1. There are 4 quarters in the preliminaries, using the Mitchell rotation method and scoring according to the IMP; when arranging, the first quarter will be decided by lottery, and the subsequent quarters will be arranged in a serpentine shape according to the cumulative total score; the number of playing pairs in each quarter is determined by the number of participating pairs. ; Implement the last elimination, that is, according to the cumulative total score, one pair of players will be eliminated in each of the north-south and east-west directions in each of the first 3 quarters.

2. The semi-finals will consist of the top 5 players from the north-south and east-west directions of the preliminaries. The Howell rotation method is adopted. The competition will be played in 9 rounds, each round will play 10 decks of cards, and the score will be calculated according to IMP.

3. The top 5 teams from the semi-finals will form 2 teams to participate in the final.

(1) Dividends and blue teams in the final will be divided into 96 decks of cards, divided into 6 quarters, with 16 decks in each quarter. The team that wins the total score of IMP is the Wuhan Men's Bridge Training Team.

(2) Final team formation method: The top 5 players in the semi-finals will form a team by back-to-back two-way selection, and fill in the selection form on the spot (i.e. 1 choose 2, 2 choose 1 for a team), each team has two pairs of cards hands make up. Each pair of players can fill in two choices, the first choice is given priority, and the players who are not selected in both directions will be automatically eliminated; in case of special circumstances of choosing a team, the players can fill in back-to-back selection to form a team once, until the team is successfully formed.

three. Inclusion requirements:

(1) The selected players must have a strong sense of honor, mission, professionalism and responsibility.

(2) The selected players should consciously obey and guarantee to participate in the arrangements of the Wuhan Bridge Association, and earnestly complete various training and competition tasks.

(3) The selected players should strictly abide by the regulations of the Wuhan Bridge Association. If they need to represent other teams to participate in the competition, they must obtain the consent of the Wuhan Bridge Association, otherwise they will be disqualified from participating in the next selection and selection.

Four. How to register:

(1) The participating players must register with the Wuhan Bridge Association before September 25. Overdue registration will be considered as abstention.

(2) Each pair of partners shall pay a registration fee of 50 yuan, and the accommodation and transportation expenses shall be borne by themselves. Each pair of players pays an additional 200 yuan as a deposit, which will be returned after the game if there is no violation of discipline or violation.
