1. This competition is hosted by Sichuan Bridge Association and undertaken by Sichuan Bridge Activity Center.

2. The competition will be held from September 30th to October 3rd at the Sichuan Provincial Gymnasium, No. 8, Section 4, Renmin South Road, Chengdu.

3. Competition items: Open team match, Swiss team match and additional double match

4. Participation method: All bridge enthusiasts can sign up for the competition.

1. Registration: The registration form of each participating unit (person) to participate in the open team competition should be sent to the Sichuan Bridge Association (Postal Code: 610031, TEL: 028-87682897, 87680582; FAX: 028-87671355; E-mail: scbridge@163.com)

The Swiss system team will be registered at the game record table at 18:00 on October 1.

Add-on doubles are registered before each match.

2. Registration fee collection method: 300 yuan per team for the open team competition. 200 yuan per team for Swiss-style team competition. Additional double match 100 yuan / pair, field.

3. Each contestant must bring 2 copies/pair of "Contract Cards".

5. Competition method:

     1. The open team competition is divided into two stages. The first stage is the preliminary Swiss team competition. There are 8 rounds in total, with 10 decks of cards in each round. Vice, divided into 2 sections. The teams ranked 1, 2, and 3 choose to play against their opponents from the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th teams in that order. 1-1 in the knockout round, 4 losing teams are eliminated; 4 winning teams enter the semi-finals and finals or the 3-4 play-offs. The semi-finals and finals have 32 matches each and are divided into 2 quarters.

2. There are 7 rounds of Swiss-style team competition, 12 decks of cards in each round, and 4 losers in the open team competition.

3. The additional double match adopts the Mitchell system of independent groups (9-10 tables/group), with a total of 3 matches and 18 decks of cards in each match. Athletes are drawn by lottery before the competition.

6. Rewards

1. The 1st to 4th place in the open team competition; the 1st to 6th place in the Swiss system team competition will be rewarded; the additional double competition group will be sorted by single champion, and each group will be rewarded with 1st to 3rd place.

7. Expenses, all participants will be responsible for their own expenses.

8. The chief referee, the chief recorder, the computer supervisor and the licensing supervisor are selected by the Provincial Bridge Association, and the competition staff are selected by the organizer.

9. An arbitration committee will be set up for the competition, and the members of the arbitration committee will be selected and hired by the Provincial Bridge Association.

10. The right to interpret this regulation belongs to Sichuan Bridge Association, and matters not covered will be notified separately.
